I am sorry man. For folks that are out of town but in the southeast, it would be easier on Saturday to allow an overnight and trip back. Besides, I think that I am giving plenty of notice for folks to take a vacation day.

The real kicker is that i need to get the place reserved quickly, so anyone that can confirm they are going should go ahead and donate.

10 center spots reserved for the first 10 donors, 52 open spots. I found the best parking/facility that i could for the event. that is part of why it took so long. I wanted to scope them out myself. area is pretty private, we won't be bothering anyone by being there.

we just need some donations with the quickness. as soon as i get 75 bucks, the facility is reserved immediately.

paypal it if you can, i am going to put the reservation on my paypal debit card so i goes straight to the event. that thing is a god send for getting money out of that service.

that puts us at 60 bucks including myself. we need one more person to contribute 15 bucks to get the facility reserved. the rest is for food and stuff.

and btw, there is a good horseshoe pit, so y'all get ready to bbe whooped on....... I am bringing out the shoes.

I am reserving the facility tomorrow. With a rather generous donation from one of the 240s over atlanta guys, we will have a place to hold the meet and a good bit of eats and drinks. I will post directions as soon as i can get the maps made.
