so i figured it would be a lot easier and cheaper to find a good clean 240 than it is to find a good clean corolla gts hatch. ive been wanting one for a long time.

but for shure i am getting another 240.

well that makes me somewhat better:D And you're right, I looked into gettin a corolla for a little while and found it very difficult to find one worth buying. So, good luck to you bro.

btw: I need did get that clutch put in. The guys (Honda Dealer Techs) I look at it said that my oil leak on the front and rear seals is too bad for me to even bother with a clutch. But it doesn't matter now. I'm ordering the CA in a couple of weeks. I'm still trying to decide if I'm going to order from Night7racing or dragdriftautox.com. Do you have any personal recommendations. Preferrably under or around $1500.

i guess jarco is a good place. even though they are geeks up there.

this corolla has a 4 puck bronze clutch in it. first gear is friggin ridiculous. harsh.

but i ordered a trd header and hks hiper catback. the exhaust on it now is a straight pipe welded into the downpipe. its tooooo friggin loud.

perferably just a motoset. I don't want to have to deal with disposing of the remains from a clip. But if I have to, I will. I've really good things about Jarco, but they rarely get CAs (atleast so i've heard).

Another idea that I had is for everyone to print a single page, black on white, screenname to throw up in the front window when you park, so everyone can get to know everyone else's cars. Just thought it would be a good idea.

what do you mean tune the big turbo? if you dont have injectors maf and safc or the likes what is there to tune. just slap on the turbo and keep the boost down till you upgrade your fuel system.

Preliminary date is May 15th. Preliminary time is "high noon" (12PM) I will be able to reserve this date if I get enough donations by Monday or Tuesday of next week. Out of town folks can stay at the extended stay motel 3 miles away, at SR20 and HWY400.

Everyone that can needs to ante up 10 bucks for the reservation and food. Anyone who does will get a reserved parking space at the facility. The rest of the spaces are first come first serve. The facility is going to be "Upper Overlook" at Buford Dam. You guys can check the site out at http://lanier.sam.usace.army.mil/.
