WDRacing;

Anyway, I just went out to buy some oil a few minutes ago, and on my way to the local autozone in my locale, I was listening to some Bob Nester Marley track, when a 2008 Honda Accord coupe puled up behind me. I guess they wanted to see what the G-35 could do. He just wanted to stick behind me.

So, I increased my acceleration to see if he could keep up. those things can't even hang with a G-35. I was surprised at how weak its acceleration was inspite of its 263 horses. I mean the gap increased with distance. I suspect the 2008 Honda Accord Coupe neeeds to go on a diet like the G-35 Coupe. Or, it could be that the version behinfd me this evening was a 4-banger---i beleive some Honda Accord coupes are 4 bangers and some are 6 bangers. i wasn't sure which it was but i sure made them think about a G-35 Coupe.

I think the G35 gets great mileage. Of course, my current reference is a 13 MPG Titan. I'd be pretty happy if it got even 15 right now....(which was the average I got in the G35 during break-in.

And honestly, this whole argument is weak. I can hear my neighbor chewing out his kid right now. Its frigging awesome.

Just curious, how do you live with 13MPG---do you have a second car? OMG, i would be pan-handling by now if i had such a mileage. Anyway, i am sure your Titan is a fun truck to ride. But seriously, what do you think about that snake oil, hydrogen contraption on another related thread which claimed to give better gas mileage? Do you think there is any merit to their claim? The manufactureres of the contraption also say they have applied for EPA certification---how is this possible?

I don't know about that, but I'd rather sneak into a cave and bite a sleeping bear in the butt than read this thread again.

I have a motorcycle. It seems to be getting about 35 MPG, though I've only had it for 3 tanks of gas so far.

As for fuel saving gadgets, here's a link to a site that gives pretty good insight. I know I've posted it within the G35 forums before, but here it is again:

EDIT: Whoops. Sorry Bean. Didn't realize you locked this...

Take one Toyota Prius. Remove badges. Add G badges. Presto, instant fuel mileage.

Why do threads have to go this way around here? I'm almost wanting to run away.....
