The Coupes are beginning to hit everywhere. Most dealers will continue to hang around sticker for a little while. If the dealer near you wants $4,000 over sticker, look around. You can find a dealer that will be more reasonable. Even if you have to go out of state. It is worth it to save 4 grand! The sunroof is an option on 2.5S models. Sticker on one with a convenience package and a roof is $23,940. The sunroof is standard on a 3.5SE. So are fog lights. These start with a sticker of $26,190. The 3.5SE has a suspension very similar to the SE-R of last year. When started the 3.5 has a growl similar to the 350Z just not as pronounced. I have driven the 3.5SE and this car is born to run! The price points in the US are slightly higher than a similarly equipped sedan. Toxic, as far as your lease is concerned, you will be very close to where you want to be with $3,000 down. If you have not seen one of these or driven one yet, I highly recommend it. The US colors are as follows: Code Red, Radiant Silver, Precision Gray, Azure Blue, Dark Slate, Super Black, and Winter Frost. In my opinion, the black and white look incredible. I've seen the Dark Slate and it didn't look as good as I thought it would. The Red is beautiful. I have yet to see the other colors. These cars were built to be true coupes. Not a family sedan that has 2 doors. Back seat room is scarce and so is trunk space but, for what these cars will do, that is not a bad trade off. Good luck and happy Coupe hunting!
By the way. Toxik, there were about 1300 presold orders that Nissan had to fill first. That leaves 1700 to dealers. There are 1100 Nissan dealers in the US alone. It will be probably September before anyone is able to keep a good stock. Couple that with the fact that Nissan sent out 30,000 pre approval letters and these things could be hard to get for a little while.
