Thanks man! I wish I could do soooo much more, but I just don't have the time right now between working full time and getting ready for my wedding/moving to a new place in three months. The corbeau isn't bad for what I paid, but Id love to have a Recaro Pole Position in there at some point...

To install the manifold, purchase an S14 throttle pulley, part number is in the GReddy manual.
It's a straight forward install. I'd recommend a new IACV from FRsport with a new gasket for the IACV, TB, and intake manifold.
You have to swap over the vacuum fitting for the booster from your OEM manifold. They have a swivel fitting for the PCV valve connection. 3 plugs go on the bottom if you aren't going to use extra vacuum fittings.
2 vacuum fitting go towards the front. Large diameter vacuum fitting on the left, smaller vacuum fitting on the right. Smaller vacuum fitting feeds the FPR.
To mount the OEM fuel rail. you have to cut one of the tabs off, and trim another one of the tabs. Again explained in the pictures in the manual.
It's a pretty easy install. Also if you're removing the OEM manifold to put this is, replace the coolant hoses found under the manifold, this is the best time to do it.
BTW, all the holes on the manifold are 1/8 BSPT. The thread count is 28 vs the US standard 1/8 NPT with a thread count of 27. What that means is you can't use 1/8 NPT vacuum fitting on this manifold. They'll leak, you have to source 1/8 BSPT vacuum fittings, or retap to 1/4 NPT. Also all vacuum fitting, put either high temp thread sealant, or teflon tape on the threads to make sure you have a proper seal.
Thanks a lot for the info man, I really appreciate it. I haven't had the time to sit down with the manual yet- all I did was flip through it and realize it was all in Japanese (as all GReddy things are) I'm planning to get the subframe back on and get the car running, then go back to install the manifold and the new radiator/fans/hoses. Ill plan to pick up the other parts you mentioned- always good to do it right the first time IMO.

The lugs are Rays extended DuraNuts... same ones I had on my solara, I like to keep it simple. I got the lip brand new from a guy in Ohio... just happened to work out, local and a good deal. I was really stoked about it!

http://www.splparts.com/main4/index.htm bottom of page! Now you have to get it!!! I just saved you $600
Most of the google results I saw said about $900, so that was all I was going from I think i will do some more research, but I'll probably stick with the stock TB. Just trying to get the car back on the road and enjoy it for the summer, then I'll work on it more again next winter. As for the lugs, I'm not all that into the rainbow thing... I like to keep it simple
SPL bushings ship today, so I am going to make sure I have them by the weekend. Then I can hopefully get it all reassembled and have the rear end back together by early next week. I got the interior almost all put back in last night, but forgot my memory card- I'll have pics up soon!
