94 Q engine flush - advice

Not sure if this is a new topic or not, but the oil in my motor (88K) was

black when I checked it after the car sat up about 2 mos. It has about

2000 - 2300 miles until the next oil change ( every 3K) What is the best

flush product/procedure for the Q?

why not just do a few really short oil changes,say like 700-1000 miles each
