So, I went through the INL FSM, the owner's manual, and surfed the web.

Owner's Manual - "Map light* * It is recommended you visit a NISSAN dealer for replacement"

On-Line - 26447-AL500, 26410JA for Korean production, DE3175 bulb. So it's a "Festoon" style with pointed endcaps.

Is there a definative identification of this bulb? It's either an 8W or 10W [not a huge difference], the 3157 is a common bulb style.

The Nissan bulbs generally have flat protrusions at the tips of the contacts because they use slotted contact fingers in the lamp assembly. Aftermarket bulbs are okay but you may need to bend the fingers slightly for some extra spring tension. Don't exceed 10W, the wiring will handle it but not the switch contacts.

I got my Rogue down from Madison yesterday, and I think one of the Map Lights was buzzing. That suggests it's gonna take a dump... Sound went away when I turned off the lights. Read the owner's manual, and I will eventually turn the dome lights off entirely. On my '14, you just hit a switch to turn the roof lights off, now you go through the menu. Rather have a switch...

It was cold outside [maybe 20 F] with a wind, so I didn't spend time pulling the assembly to see what the bulb was...

Like what tsumeone said, the maps is a lot different and already LEDs in the '14 Rogue. It just looks warmer. I've already tried to disassemble the map light to see if I could replace it but the LEDs are actually permanently mounted on a circuit board. If you know how to solder you could possibly change it.

The high beams are a 9005 or H10. Lots of companies make them in LED.

The H10 is a no fit. Plug does not match lamp base is not even close. Will the 9005 be different? maybe I need an adaptor harness.

Going by the aftermarket bulb guides I saw 9005, and H10 is cross-compatible with those. I guess not if it's a no-fit. Now that I look harder I think it's actually an H9. Nissan is a PITA that way, they only give a wattage rating and a Nissan part number but no identifiers for the bulb type. When I cross the Nissan p/n I come up with the same bulb as a gen5 Altima, which I know uses an H9 (and is also the most common Nissan high beam). Sorry for the bum steer.
