Run flats are typically a notch or two lower in profile than the " nominal " , non run flat your gonna wanna put on there - UNLESS you want that lowest profile , pothole busting , stiffness. Like runflats may be 40, 35, even 30 profile . They also MAY run very high pressure - like in the 40's for psi (cold).
So you may wanna go , as far as the example - 45 , 40 , 35 profile , ie. "one up " than the factory designated run flat spec ?? And you'll also be back at a more commonplace psi of 34 - 38 psi cold ??
Brand , is a whole nother discussion.
Compact-Spares , they're out there , I found Bimmerzone for my BMW , and there's Modernspare, com for more fitments than just BMW , mine was $ 243 (17" compact for a 19" fact. whl - surprising it worked on front disc) . Better make sure and test the fit , they gave me only 14 days to check & send back. Even from the junkyard you gotta know your setbacks , dimensions, & all to be able to clear larger front disc and caliper knuckle.Front fitment usually the deal-breaker.
