2017 Nissan Rogue 3rd row seat Run-Flat tire conversion to regular tires?

I have the 2017 Nissan Rogue that comes with 3rd row seat.

The car comes with Run-Flat tires.

When I have a flat, I have to replace the tires. And it's expensive and inconvenient because stores don't carry them.

Can I convert it to just regular tires? How can I get a spare tire? How much is the spare tire?

Run flats are typically a notch or two lower in profile than the " nominal " , non run flat your gonna wanna put on there - UNLESS you want that lowest profile , pothole busting , stiffness. Like runflats may be 40, 35, even 30 profile . They also MAY run very high pressure - like in the 40's for psi (cold).
So you may wanna go , as far as the example - 45 , 40 , 35 profile , ie. "one up " than the factory designated run flat spec ?? And you'll also be back at a more commonplace psi of 34 - 38 psi cold ??
Brand , is a whole nother discussion.
Compact-Spares , they're out there , I found Bimmerzone for my BMW , and there's Modernspare,com for more fitments than just BMW , mine was $ 243 (17" compact for a 19" fact. whl - surprising it worked on front disc) . Better make sure and test the fit , they gave me only 14 days to check & send back. Even from the junkyard you gotta know your setbacks , dimensions, & all to be able to clear larger front disc and caliper knuckle.Front fitment usually the deal-breaker.

Thanks @Rogue One. In one of the threads, someone said the original spare tire will work. I did a search on ebay. I found one 17" https://www.ebay.com/itm/265148984133?c ... id=7850444

and the other 16" https://www.ebay.com/itm/254490300408?c ... id=7850444

Will either of them work?

My original tire is "ECOPIA H/L 422 PLUS RFT - SIZE: P225/65RF17"
