Rush Garage

I traded my ek civic to a guy for his gold 1995 s14. Not even a week after I had traded, some kid thinkin hes a hot rod in his beat up saturn takes a turn through a neighbor hood too fast and too sharp. He clipped me and after I got some insurance money, I knew for sure I was in for an overhaul. let me know what you guys think. Im open to oppinions and ideas. Thanks for lookin. This is what the accident left me withI got some money so I did the Kouki conversion. I needed a new drivers headlight and pass. fender. The headlight cost 150 on ebay and the fender was 300 nissan w/ a discount.lol After I finished the front, I used the rest of the inssurance money for a set of used Tein Basics. They dont ride too bad but I am going to upgrade once I get some money. I found an APEXi GT Spec cat back on here for cheap brand new so I bought that to replace the junk it came with. That is the last of the things I have put on besides the Ebrake Drift Knob from Cusco. Turns out it was worthless since I went to change my brakes and the ebrake cable was snapped on the right rear. gay. Now for the things sitting around that will go on this winter. Yamato Garage, great quality JDM Grill Nardi w/ nrg quick release. I thought it was real but its an imposter. I thought I was getting a killer deal. guess again.lol It looks good though and feels great. I have a Walbro fuel pump and Mishimoto Radiator. Still need the shroud kit and relay but its comin. And a little fun in the sun.lol please, let me know what you think

So I cleaned out my garage enough and pulled my car in and started to investigate my rust problem. I couldnt see much from the under side so I pulled the carpet and found this...

I am following the official nicoclub rally build and saw that he used 16ga steel on the floor pan so I went out and got a piece yesterday. This stuff is thick and wont bend easy so thats perfect considering my seat mount is held on my 2 of 4 sides.lol

I started to get the sound deadening material up also. Good thing it was pretty cold because i could pry most of it up with my plastic matco panel tool

Nice start. Hot s2k.

Kouki looks great. Gonna black out the body to match the front or just paint it something else later?

Im going to repaint everything. I used to work at a body shop and learned how to paint a bit there so Im gonna attempt to paint it myself.

Thinking dark silver, the new celestial blue on the new mazdas or a metallic baby blueish color on dodge/chryslers. let me know what you guys think about color ideas. im stuck on those three

silver's nice, I think it complements the sharp lines of the kouki. You should do all your aero first of course so you don't have to repaint bumpers and whatnot and everything will match..

if you still have some of that insurance money you should get a GPsports bumper! Every time I see this I start to breath heavily and sweat...
