The only people who will get anything back is the ones who filed a claim on him - and I still wouldnt hold your breath! There are alot of things that go on in court - so it really depends on who has the highest paid lawer really! and I seriously doubt anyone will pay for a lawer of that magnatude, just to bust this scum bag. Its quite easy to figure out really - he will get away with pretty much everything - and it will be left up to the ones who got scammed to take it into there own hands - and we see where that is going now dont we! Its sad really that it turns out this way - but what are you gonna do about it?

There won't be too many law suits as it would be cost prohibitive. What might happen if the authorities decide to do anything at all, which is ify, is that he would probably be ordered to pay restitution to those he scammed. If it were me, I would be hounding the authorities night and day untill they got off their fat, lazy butts and did their job.

since im not local i have limited access to the pd where he is. that doesnt stop me from contacting them constantly. im more concerned with "bigger" authorities, who are well aware of every single thing thats happened since i became involved, at least.

I'm surprised no one has involved the FBI in this yet...this guy is conducting fraud across state lines - that makes it a federal offense. And since it's conducted over the internet, there are several other charges that can be attached. FBI LOVES busting internet fraud.

I have emailed and talked to be moderators over there and they don't care. I've contacted them about other members on their boards that were scamming people and they are still scamming away. I'm never buying anything else off of the zilvia forums again.

the more information collected the better in this situation. if he really is continuing to scam people and they are filing complaints and police reports, its just going to make it that much worse for him in the end.

For anybody who may be new to this thread can anybody provide any contact info for authorities who are already investigating or any place/person where other people who have been scammed by this punk can send info?If you're compiling info, Hitman, would it be good for other people to send info to you? I just want to see justice here and if anybody out there has info/evidence that this guy scammed them I want to see it get to the proper authorities!

Is that you dickie? The seller, Larry, says that he is you (that's a confusing sentence). If you can confirm that it's really you and really your seats you are trying to recover some cash from then I would like to give you money and figure out how to get them.
PM or email me if so. I'm not too far away from the POS Alec and could get to where the seats are. If not let us know so we can blast the poser impersonating you.

yep thats me. if you want the seats, go get them from alec. its not like youre stealing from him because legally they are mine to sell/give away/burn or whatever.Greg i would definitely let his managers know about his dealings online and in-person. how this kid got a legitimate job i will never know. after all this, i hope the closest he comes to a car part is the license plates he will be stamping for the next 10-20.

I hate when stuff like this happens to innocent people. It's ridiculous that the guy is getting away with it too. Although I do beleive the law might have some action, I still think it will not be enough.Keying cars, popping tires on a weekly basis would be a good idea for anyone in the area who feels like bringing a little justice to the world I know I wouldn't be very happy if I had to get a paintjob and new tires every week. Also, try notifying his boss of what's going on and try tying it into his work. Say that he's using the company address/phone for what he's doing and get him fired. And to the guy who said killing him wasn't necissary, I do agree, but you have to admit that this guy will never learn his lesson and stop. So, what else can we do?

Well, in case you haven't read the whole thread (sounds like you haven't) somebody is already notifying his empoloyer (I think it was AZhitman) and dickie has the fbi after him for internet fraud. So I think he may get a more severe punishment than you think...

No no, I read the whole thing, and I know about the employer thing, i'm stressing that it's a good idea.
But no, he will not get a punishment fitting his actions, that's not how the law works. The law will support those who have the most money, and in this case, it looks like mommy and daddy will be able to get him out of any situation these people who have been ****ed by him put em' into :/ Sad story of the world i'm afraid

dicky, I know it is not my business but I don't think it is right of you to sell stuff that's not in your possession, whether you are the rightful owner or not. It is more than possible that the buyer can not collect so who is being assed out?As far as I know, legal tendering does not permit this method. Just because person A owe me money doesn't mean I can take that IOU and use it as a legal tender unless it is a binding contract.

thats a great opinion you have, i will pass it along to the interested buyers loveless. there is no "IOU" in effect here. legally those seats are my possessions and i have the title of the car they are from to prove it. there was a contract initiated into by "Alec Bradford" for which I also have hard evidence he did not keep, meaning those seats, wherever they may be, are MINE. I reserve the ability to do whatever i want with my property, as is my right, regardless of the location.

Also to point out, if you sell the seats, then you no longer have a case against him and he will probably not get what is coming to him legally.

I believe the seats would be evidence as of now. So I wouldn't try to sell them. Just get them authorities to do something already. And i found this number in white pages and some other sites. (336) 273-1559.
