Every day you wait you lessen the chances of recovering anything. He probably does not own said car. This guys MO is to string people along with false promises. Did you get a number from caller ID? I would try to record his voice and *69 him or call the phone company and see if they can provide a record of the call.

You have been scammed. Do not wait to take action. PS, I'm assuming he never delivered the car, right?

I mean jesus dude, your going to go to jail over this.....You beat some poor kid for a car man...thats a big deal. Cops are not going to take that lightly.......Just pay these people back already, or make payments, Hell, you could even give these people some collateral to hold onto while you try to pay these people off...By avoiding these people your making it so much worse. Its not just going to go away on its own Alec....As much as I hate people like you, I dont want you to get a beat down....because when and if these people find you before you pay them or go to jail, I can all but promis you that they will send you to the hospital....I know I would if you screwed me out of money....Just think of how you would react if you got Fu(ked out of your hard earned cash

1st off, He didnt kill anyone so I think "hooking him up with a chick with HIV" is a little much. I am a firm believer of an eye for an eye. I say if he doesnt pay up, steal what ever he has got and pawn his stuff in for cash. He never hurt,killed or did anything to deserve what some of you are suggesting to do. You dont want to promote bad karma on your self. Let Alec deal with all the bad karma he will recieve latter in life....you know the saying," what goes around comes around."....and the scare tactics obviously are not working so why even bother. All that has done is make him cut off communications with everyone compleatly. Atleast before he was updating people with what he was doing.

All Im trying to do is simply give Alec some alternatives in dealing with this issue...Since he still reads this thread maybe, just maybe he will take me up on some of my ideas, or realize that this is going to get out of hand very quickly and he needs to do something before nico members show up at his house looking for trouble, or worse start messing with his family...because if they cant get to you Alec, thats who they are going to target. I know you have an attractive sister alec...people here have seen her picture and will know who she is.....You might want to consider that...

Now I am in no way deffending Alect, so please dont get that impression. I am simply just trying to help you guys not go to jail for hurting this kid. Plus like i said, He never physicly harmed any of you. I just dont want bad karma going onto good people. Things always seem to work out in the end, and one way or another this will all catch up to Alec.

I realize that all this writting is probably nothing more then a waste of my time. But if in any way, and I mean in any way helps these nico members get repaid then it was all worth it.....

Uhm... FU<K HIM. He had 214546541 second chances and paying back sh|t. He never did. Not even tried. Just promised, as he went on and scammed more n more n more. This is the only solution:

Blah blah blah. Sometimes law will not solve the problem, and you have to take it to your own hands. I have a feeling he will get off easy.

Maybe put a jagged rusty nail in the end of it though.

Well, I currently live in Germany, so its kinda out of the way for me. I know your not tryin to be a dousche or anything.

HA, that gave me a hearty chuckle. Like the time I felt like being nice, and let a friend and his new girl friend stay at my house for free after their apartment burnt down. Her ex decided he wanted to smash the windows in my house, I called the police, gave them his name, the make, model, color, year, and license number of the vehicle he used, and his home address and phone number. The police have never done a thing, I never got compensated for the damages.
The police don't give two ****s, I can promise you that. They're much busier turning a blind eye to this sort of thing, and rapists and the such in favor of taking a couple of pot smoking hippies off the street and damn near beating them to death with the book.

Trust and believe if I were close enough to do so, I would shove those hemp beads of his up his ***, and pull his teeth out and hand them to him...

The fact that all he gets is some pisses and moans, but no real retaliation is why he continues. He will need to learn a real good painful lesson, to let him know that this line of work is not as easy as he was lead to believe.

Until then, he has an easy way to gain what he wants and/or needs for his car...

1 - he gets away scott free

2 - he gets a slap on the wrist by the law (maybe probation & fines) - I got $50 on this one!!! Who wants in on this?

3 - he goes to jail

4 - he gets beat down

5 - he gets beat down & doesnt go to jail

6 - he gets beat down & does go to jail

But knowing alec....he wont pay these people back, and in turn will violate his probation and then gets sent to 3-6 months in jail.

Court will then sieze his property to sell off and pay nico members back.
