the authorities are working on the case, i received a letter from my da again before the holidays informing me of the intent to prosecute and other technicalities. btw still havent rec'd the last $15 for my shipping expenses OR my seats

I don't know if I really belong on this site or not but here is my dilemma. My 16 year old just bought a car from Alec. I wan't his *** does anyone know were I can find him. I am about to file a police report and I don't know if anyone want's to go in on it with me. The problem is so long I don't think it will fit in this discussion board. Can you help or anyone help me to find him?

well I went out to Oakridge (Greensboro) last week to get some parts - and the seller there said he knew Alec and that he lived there in town??I am pretty sure you could pay what is it peoplefinder.com??? to find him for you - or at least his parents. Maybe someone on here knows as well? search through this thread there was some of his addresses on here at one time.

He told us he would be over the next day to sign the bill of sale well it has been three weeks and he has been a no show everytime he said he was on his way. We came to find out that the title isn't even in his name. I don't care what I need to do HE WILL PAY ME BACK or off to see buba he goes.

How much did you pay for it? Sorry, but you also need to explain to your son/daughter not to buy a car without the Bill of Sale and Title completly filled out and looked over..
This situation could have been easily avoided. But that doesn't give him the right to take advantage of your son/daughters trust. Nor to scam.

Sorry to hear this, If I was you I initiate the police report now. Do you have an address on this guy?? Pay him a friendly visit, demand your refund and return the car. Make it a learning experience. Sounds like you live fairly close to him so you have this your advantage. Make sure to show up with the cops in case you need witnesses.....

At this point authorities need to be contaced as well as any insurance company that might cover something like this. I'd also write to whatever website he used for the transaction and tell them that they are accomplices at this point.If you don't mind sharing, how much was the purchase and how did the transaction take place? There must be a paper trail of some kind. If a charge card was used you might be able to recover from them.

A charge card used on an privately owned car sale? I'm sure Alec runs around with a credit card validation and charge machine.  I saw Alec trying to buy another car last night for a little less than a grand, forgot the link though.

If they have reason to believe that he is using their site to commit fraud and they alow it to happen, I'm fairly certain that they become a party to the fraud.I would definitly let them know that they will be named in a law suit.

yeah he still has been ignoring me ... if there is anything i can do let me know ... i am so past the money thing right now .. i just want him done for ... i will also go to the post office since i found my paper work from them when i sent money and fill out a mail fraud report.

I agree, they need to stop him from doing it, he seems to still be doing what he wants. Running rampant on unsuspecting buyers. They really shouldn't be delaying this, especially with all the complaints they supposidly have..

You know... I'm going down past NC this summer, if not sooner. If nothing has been done by then let me know, I might just happen to stop by when an accident occurs. Preferably an accident with broken bones and bleeding but we'll see.

I don't know how much I care about some of the more recent stuff. I mean if its on Nico I'll protect people from him but the first results on Google for '90Silvia and Alec Bradford lead to this thread so if people search on private sellers like they should they would have no trouble learning about his shenanigans.

Scamming parts is one thing but ripping someone off for a car is a different matter all together.I would find out who has jurisdiction and demand to speak to the prosecuting attorney on the spot and demand that a warrent be issued for his arrest.

Ouch, when mom and dad find out. I have spent more following this thread around and he never even scammed me. I hope they at least name NICO in the news when they finally nail him for some of this crap...

It's probably a scam address. All his other info might be fake as well. THey can track him though his online activity.Does anybody have any updates? This shouldn't take the authorities more than a month to make a case, find and arrest him. Clearly there is an electronic paper trail of his crimes and his identity. Has anybody been contacted yet?

i have a few friends who talk to him every now and then. i don't think it would be hard to get any info from them as we needed. i saw him last night in high point too. but let me know if you need any help with this.
