i have received just about what i spent to ship the seats, and was told they would be sent back to me. still waiting on that. but then i recently heard he is selling them  . trying to contact him to get details.

are you serious? he emailed me a week or so ago because of the pics yall posted in this thread asking me to close it in exchange for the full amount owed to me and then changed his mind later. that pisses me off. im not waiting anymore, if i dont hear from him im notifying the fbi contact i have as well as the da here and there to proceed with their investigation as it looks like im not going to get anything back from this kid.

i have been in constant contact with them, their efforts to pursue a case against him (my case anyways) hinge on my being able to confirm that he is continuing to act in a fraudulent manner without making reparations for his actions. so they know about the whole thing and im basically saying, arrest him, fine him, whatever. between my story and the corroborating evidence from mine and several other cases ive collected concerning him, he is in the felony range for mail fraud, internet fraud, wire fraud(?) and a few other offenses.

Yeah, it has been way past time to nail this guy. Anyone who has not reported him to the police needs to do so. Pressure needs to be pressed on the authorities to ensure multiple counts of felony charges are pressed against him based on his actions. He has admitted on this site that he knowingly and intentionally committed fraud.If you have not reported anything, start with the local police. Then report here: Internet Crime Complaint Center Then I would contact the post office or whomever you used as the "shipper of product". If you used the Post Office, they whould be pretty active in trying to nail his azz. Finally, I would check with the FBI as he is doing this to a large number of people in multiple states. They will press to nail him as well.

I don't know if this will help any, or if you already know about it, but I have found that this asshat is the "leader" of a MySpace group called Carolina Nissans.

Some years ago I almost got scammed on Ebay. I tracked the guy's home phone and his Dad answered. With my best "Gino" voice I explained to Dad that it was either your son pays or we stop for a visit. Two weeks later everybody received an apology and their money back.The power of persuassion....I bet this looser stills lives or depends from his parents and they can be a good influence in times as these. You can use them to your advantage. But I will still get law enforcement involved for sure.

I had an attempted scam on Ebay too. Kid tried to use someone elses account and have it sent to his address. I called him out on the non-matching address and got a fraud notice a few days later. Kid got busted.

Okay, so..I had told everyone I was going to contact JIC-Magic and see why they would sponsor a loser like this. I finally got around to it.
I informed them of his claims all over the intraweb, myspace emo blog, NICOClub, Zilvia etc and how he has scammed over 35 people and is facing felony charges and hard time.
I spoke with a very nice man named Paul, explained what Alec was up to and asked him if he was even sponsored. I stayed on the phone with him for a short time of him looking, he claimed he wasn't even sponsored for over 5minutes. He explained it was very hard to get sponsored with JIC. They do not sponsor many people. (Who does?) Then, after 5minutes he finally found Alec. He states that Alec was PARTIALLY sponsored last year, his sponsorship has been expired for over a year now, he quoted his sponsorship was "nothing special".
If I was interested I could have even recieved partial sponsorship via the telephone. In short, here is summary.
Alec is a loser that claims he is sponsored by a more well-known-than-your-local-tire-store store to make himself feel special.

Thats funny, as if being sponsored makes you official or something. Usually sponsorship entails plastering your car with stickers for little over a 5% discount on parts.This kids such a tool. I have no remorse for scammers, and have had to use "persuasion" on some basterd that tried G'in me for some Jordans. Needless to say, a few poundometers and a cigar cutter should get this kid to pay up. Anyone in the area should get some commision from the people who have been scammed to pay him a little visit. This may be the only option, but Id like to know in reality how much authorities really deal with internet fraud.
