No matter whether stuff gets sorted out or not I would suggest and if myself got in a situation like this with him, after I got my money back I would still press legal charges. He doesn't deserve to get away scotch free after scamming people for x amount of months / years, not to mention some people (such as JDS and the guy buying the tires) might not get compensated. 5 $ or 500$ he didn't earn it fairly.He also might plan on scamming later, all it takes is once and he's gone. He can scam other messageboards all day long and NICO might not ever know about it.

I understand you completly - but as far as I go I cant really take legal action as it was my stupidity for trusting the guy.

I sold them and made money because Im a reutable seller and I fixed what was messed up on them.

Best thing to do is Google anyones board name and check them out before buying anything!

And 1 last note if you go to his ebay link (above) and check out the feedback with things he has bought and sold on ebay - you will see he purchased the "How to boost your ebay feedbacks fast" - The only people that buy that crap is the ones who wanna fool all ebayers into thinking they are trust worthy! well if you google them and its all good news - thens its usually good - you are still taking a risk with any internet purchase - thats why you should always buy via Paypal or whatever with a credit card so you can cancel the purchse if you need to!

Some advice since you seem willing to get at least the members here paid back: bust azz to pay everyone off as quickly as possible.

You have admitted above that you did it intentionally due to an "extreme situation". In the cases where you received property, that is considered Interstate Fraud. In the cases where you simply received a payment it is considered Wire Fraud. Both are felonies and can land you in "bang you in the butt" prison.

I would seriously look into a loan of some sort or borrow money or get multiple jobs to get these people satisfied before they start proceedings against you.

Again, just some advice. Take it for what it is worth.
