i got WKO for the color. i cant seem to find it anywhere at anystore around me. looks like im going to have to go to Nissan to get it. i was just trying to redo the bumper because the paint is coming off.

oh yeah i meant WKO... i was close. but the paint is a 2 0r 3 step pearl so you cant just go get it... it has to be made.

WKO is technically a 4 stage paint. I have looked into respraying mine as well and it will cost you about $2000 from a reputable paint shop.

First is primerSecond is the Aspen WhiteThird is the Pearl CoatFourth is the Clear coat

I don't know how many coats of each their are but that is how the car was originally painted, its not a pearl white, its a brilliant white color (Aspen, Alpine) with a pearl coat. The pearl coat is like a clear coat but pearlescent. You get the idea.

i was told the same thing but the guy telling me didn't count the primer as paint... it was prep i think he said. i just wanted my navan grill and bumper sprayed to match and that was going to cost me $600. ill just wait till i have the money to do the entire car

Well technically yes the primer is a prep but I was just outlining the process. If you only plan to get the exterior and door jams resprayed it shouldn't cost more than $1500.

theres a local guy thatl do the whole car for $1k which includes minor to medium body work, but it doesnt include the paint

hes got an s14, and a lot of people say he does damn good work, so thats what im going with when i get mine resprayed.. i just dont know if i want to keep it zenki or go kouki

red is more of a color that goes good with kouki, but i know most of you guys like zenki better

you can see the defects on the hood which are gunna be gay to fix, and theres a random hump on the top of the bumper, one of the corners is cracked, and so is one of the signals, plus the bumper and hood need a respray pretty bad....

thats why im considering going kouki, plus, ive always loved it

I miss my oem hood I had that crappy carbon hood that was a last resort sitting around so I slapped it on cuz im poor and have a baby on the way When I get some money saved I plan on anti-ricing my car completely!
