Update time!
I am working down and checking things off of my list of tasks to accomplish in order to start up the car. One of these tasks was to replace the o-rings sealing up the oil filter adapter. This task was a lot more involved than it may seem. I supported the engine in place, removed the mount on the driver's side, removed the bolts from the adapter, replaced the 0-rings, replaced the adapter, replaced the adapter bolts, replaced the mounts, etc. The worst part of the project was that one of the mount bolts required a hex wrench, but for some reason my metric set was missing. 45 minutes and $7 later I had a replacement hex and one hell of a bad attitude, haha.
Next up... I needed to add a "T" into the heater hose line in order have a supply and return for the throttle body coolant. I cut the "T" piece out of the old heater hard pipe and inserted it midway down the heater hose where it would be convenient. Then I finished off the heater lines with coolant elbows and several hose clamps.
Then, just because it was easy, I installed the horns.
I mocked up the engine room harness in place to see if there were any modifications to be made. At the very last connector, the one to the ASCD, the rubber grommet needed to be modified to accommodate the power wire from the rear-mounted battery. Although the ASCD won't be utilized, I hooked it all up the way it was anyhow just to make sure all of the circuits were complete.
I didn't have the OEM fuse box mount and didn't want to mount it exactly in the OEM position anyways; therefore, I bent, cut, and drilled up another piece of aluminum to act as a mount. It's very simple, but works very well. After everything is done and I start doing things to improve the aesthetics, I will probably modify this mount or add another to better support the fuse box, but I am thoroughly satisfied for now.
I taped/loomed/sealed up the engine room harness and reassembled the relay box.
Here's a shot of my mid-wiring mess:
Threw the taillights in... gotta make sure they work, right?
I had to replace the sub-crank angle sensor connector on the harness side because it was broken and the clasp was broken off. I pulled the connector from a donor car at the junkyard before it got crushed... phew! good timing.
Another mid-wiring mess shot:
The good thing about that mess is that it functions! All body electrical systems are a go!
I got the fuel tank cleaned out, got a replacement sending unit (which is mighty clean!), and installed my Walbro 255. I do expect to need to replace the fuel pump "sock" after the first few fuel ups, so I sourced a place to buy the sock without the pump. It's the entire install kit, but for only $18 you can't go wrong. I also replaced all of the fuel tank hardware with stainless hardware!

Just to break up my updates, I will break this post here.
