Usually car forums have at least one thread like this and i did a search and didn't see one on here. Plus, the threads that have participation are usually the most interesting ones lol.

You know you drive a G35 when the second you merge on the highway, you find yourself in 5th gear at 90 mph without even realizing it

You know you own a G5 when:1) all you can talk about is how fast you went and which cars you beat2) what you make is a beer income and the car requires a wine income3) you invest countless hours on a forum to brag, talk about, get info, research and joke around with 100's of other guys you'll never see in person4) every sound, smell, pull, push and breath your car takes is cause for either alarm, excitement, panic or some other emotion5) a simple question about what gas rating you should use leads to dissertations on petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, classical mechanics, thermodynamics, etc. and finally,6) It seems as if your entire life, finances, time, energy, emotional output and ego can be summed in hp or mpg.

Nuff said!

Your wife says, I like the Infiniti better, I think I'll drive it more...

Your neighbors asks, "What kind of a car is that?"

You sneeze and pick up 10 MPH.

You spend your free time talking to other G owners on the NICO site(patiently waiting for construction to be completed on you know what).

You whenever you drive anywhere.

No, you're invited. The problem is that the contractor who is handling the details for this is part of the free market system. It is unlikely that we'll see this enhancement in FY2008 due to the fallacies of the FM system, and of course, the lack of a "round tuit" I suppose.

The good news is that public hearings have been held and public input has been submitted, but you know how these committee things go, and go, and go. Then I hear they are going to bury it down there where we'll have to have decompression equipment at the ready in case we come back up too fast.

Oh, this isn't a political discussion, really, it is just the sad dissertation on life.

5th gear? Why use 5th when 3rd redlines around 80?

I love how my G and my I can both push 80-90 coming off of even the shortest IE (Inland Empire) on ramps. I didn't realize how nice it was until I realized how many others were having a hard time making it to 60 by the time they merged

HA you beat me to it. I was gonna say that you know it's G time when your father practically goes sideways out of the parking lot on a test drive and looks down in 3rd gear to see he's doing 80 The sales person even said to my dad "Wow are you a race car driver?!" HA my dad would be so proud if he knew i was telling this story, i'm so gonna call him right now! (and gee can you tell i'm a daddy's girl much?! )

You know you drive a G35 when the girl riding gun in the car next to you wants to give you road head instead of the guy driving her around.

We're cool!! I can take some poking. RN's a clown, so I don't ever take him cereal! We need to give him a new name like Zinger! He's always got one.He is also a mustang owner too!! So, he can take some poking.Oh, and with a name like SVTCOBRA on a Nissan site....what the heck was I thinking???? I joined years ago because I was having troubles with the 240I do love my cobra, but it is what it is - a furd. Has a great drive train, but no where near the quaility interior of a Nissan. But, it does take me back to my HS days when I had my first car - 69 Mach1. I am very much a Nissan freak (not a furd freak) having owned the following in the past: 91 240SXSE w/hicus, 02 Max SE, 01 Pathy, 03 Pathy

I have yet to be offended on this board for owning a rustang.Nico has the best members and mods!

You know your a G owner when everytime you walk towards her you feel that grin starting to creep accross your face because you know what lies ahead in the next 2 minutes.

You know your a G owner when you take the long way home.

You know your a G owner when you look for excuses to go out somewhere because you just want to drive her a little bit more.

You know your a G owner when every Honda, Acura or Subaru pulls up beside you and gives you that "wanna go" look

You know you drive a G35 when:

- when you park your car, walk away, and take one more last look as you walk away.

- when you plan on going out to dinner, you think ahead of how their parking situation is, if it is a safe area, and if they only valet, then you take you're friends car.

- when you notice little dings or micro scratches, but no one else notices.

- when you notice older women/men driving G35 coupe but they never notice you... even if there are 3 other coupes at the same light.

- when you roll down your windows on the way to your car and your friends say: "Dude, you left your windows open..."

- when you hear other G35 exhausts in busy traffic and quickly try to see where it's coming from.

- when clueless coupe owners ask you, "So, what's a Skyline?" when they see your re-badging...

- when you never use your windshield wiper/washer, just so you can leave the glass streak free.

- when you see another coupe in the parking lot and try to park next to them... unless theirs is way modded and makes yours look like stock.

- when you think about the next time you are going to wash/wax your car and plan your day accordingly.

- when you "back-in" to a parking spot cuz your car is lowered and there is a cement "stopper-block".

- when you wonder what the hell you put in the cubby hole if you don't have a stock nav system.

- when you drive a group of friends and tell the tallest guy to sit in front.

- you pull up next to a cop and he checks out your car like its a model.

- when now you eat the ricey Hondas and Acuras for lunch.

- when all of a sudden you seem to get a few more looks from cute girls.

- when people in other cars driving down the road give you the "thumbs up"

- when you see another G on the road but also see a HOT girl and cant decide which one to look at for the remaining 5 seconds of the light!

***Found this on my myspace, one of my friends sent to me a longgg time ago***

Blow me.. are you looking for a vacation?

Why are you here anyways?? Shouldn't you be watching Pokeman or doing homework son?

Or are you taking a break and just coming to the G forum and be a troll? Hell ... there are cars that are 40 years old that could beat the G if that's your argument. Even a Dodge srt4 can beat a G or give it a run for the money... doesn't mean I wouldn't own one.

At the end of the day... I love my G and would rather own it instead of your ride...

Go swing your E-weiner somewhere else and stop being a douche.
