No, usdm and ilvemynissan...children or older guys, whatever they are...are those guys. ^smockers83 wrote:You know you drive a G35 when the girl riding gun in the car next to you wants to give you road head instead of the guy driving her around.

My Mustang mods are a Holly double pumper for low speed torque and multi port fuel injection for top end power. It has solid "hard launch" motorsport racing shocks with coil over leaf springs all the way around. . I'm debating adding the 5th cycle option to the engine but I don't know if it is worth $750.00 just to have 2 power strokes instead of 1.SVTCOBRA wrote:
We are all NISSAN car enthuisists!! We are passionate about our rides.
And I know my cobra would smoke your 240! Especially since it's got a twin turbo rotary supercharged engine with a tornado in the intake!!! Oh, and i got stickers too!!
Let's just all pull our d**ks out and measure them... this is how immature, mindless, senseless and low this argument has gotten-- irrespective of anyone's age. At this point -- so let's try some respect here, this isn't necessary or additive to the forum.G_whizz wrote:Blow me.. are you looking for a vacation?
Why are you here anyways?? Shouldn't you be watching Pokeman or doing homework son?
Or are you taking a break and just coming to the G forum and be a troll? Hell ... there are cars that are 40 years old that could beat the G if that's your argument. Even a Dodge srt4 can beat a G or give it a run for the money... doesn't mean I wouldn't own one.
At the end of the day... I love my G and would rather own it instead of your ride...
Go swing your E-weiner somewhere else and stop being a douche.
I completely agree with mycoupe8urs... Many people will prefer the G over a 240, now granted I love all nissans/infiniti's and 2 of the members in my team own 240's, the untrained and even the trained eye will go for the G. Its as simple as this, u put a G next to a boosted 240 at a stop light and there is a really hot chick walking by. Which car will catch her eye? The G. I mean if it was one of us car enthusiasts, we'd most likely give the 240 more attention because we have a good idea what's going on under the hood. And anyone can argue that in a race a boosted 240 is fast and the G is slow, but remember this: The slower car always gets seen...mycoupe8urs wrote:I remember when i was your age and thought my car was fast. Bottom line is, stock for stock your car would get ate up by a G.... PERIOD. Put your car next to a turbo G and see if you can hold a candle to it. And even with a turbo or whatever you have done to it, at the end of the day everybody would prefer a G over a 240 because of what it is. Not everybody races everywhere they go.
This was a general "slow-down" everyone comment (and not one meant to goad or antagonize anyone)... and yes, your response got my attention no more or less than his and a few others. A moderator is one who: 1) arbitrates or mediates; 2) presides over an assembly, meeting, or discussion: 3) the nonpartisan presiding officer of a town meeting: 4) the chairman of a discussion group.G_whizz wrote:Are you directing this to me? If so, maybe you need to read their post again. Clearly they came here to get a rise out the members here in the G forum. So, that's what happened, their mission was accomplished.
They got my attention..
You know, everybody is going to have varying opinions about every post here. I believe that the mod's actions were just. There was a disruption to the thread that could have become very nasty and the mod stepped in and put an end to it. In your words, I believe that he presided over a discussion group as the mediator and did a good job!W661335PF wrote:

Would you suggest that your behavior had the neutrality, mediating and presiding nature of a moderator?
I resemble that remark.....gwoods wrote:You know you drive a G35 when.....
loosing to a Mustang at the track isn't as bad as having to drive a Mustang home from the track

oldandslow, We've already suggested Fast Ford and Mustangs Magazines to these gentlemen, but none of them have any money left after modding their Gs to keep up with us.oldandslow wrote:

I actually had that happen a little while back. My wife huffed "Did you see that?" Always staying one step ahead of the feminine mind, I responded, "No honey what?"(it was a big ole hooter too)telcoman wrote:

I give the mods here a big +1 too. Heaven knows we must be a handful with our off topic posts, hijacks and rule stretching. +1 mod guys.SVTCOBRA wrote:You know, everybody is going to have varying opinions about every post here. I believe that the mod's actions were just.

Yep we have the best moderators. Can you imagine how hard it is locking or moving all the Mustang threads everydayrn79870 wrote:

Hell ya! good response! I've had a few hooters flashed at me (partially cause of my perv friend that coax's hot chicks to do so) but hell, I guess I can't complain...I'm getting a free show LOL!rn79870 wrote:

So did anyone hear about the Australian who took a new car on a 3,200 km (1,988 mile) six-day test drive from the city to the outback (Reuters - Thu Mar 6), or the story from BORDEAUX, France (Reuters) where the mayor of a village in southwest France has threatened residents with severe punishment if they die, because there is no room left in the overcrowded cemetery to bury them.G_whizz wrote:Funny thing about being a mod is you can't always please everyone. Joe and I try to do our best to make this forum enjoyable for everyone. So when I see someone come here clearly to disrupt the forum.. I jump on them.
SVT, Woods and RN.... Thank you!
Yes, most days I do!!!every once in a while I like to go fast and shift gears....the cobra satisfies this. IF the G35 coupe seats were as comphy as my sedan, I would have traded both for a coupe a long time ago. (But, I also like having two cars!! )gwoods wrote:
You have both cars wouldn't you rather drive the G?
