He gave you a perfectly good answer.

Why should we do the work for you?

Search, look at what people have done to reach 450hp, then find the parts they bought through our sponsors, add up the prices, and you will have your answer.

the supporting mods will a must with that turbo for sure...best to set aside at least 6 grand (easily) for that kind of power..and do yourself a favor and dont skimp on parts either...if you want it to be reliable get the good stuff.....but i def. agree with majority, you really need to research this matter cause its been covered thoroughly...you will be alot more satisfied if you go and find the answers for yourself without any of us building your car for you..just a thought.im sure there isnt a soul in here that is not willing to help but you have to first start by helping yourself with the amount of information out there its pretty easy to get an idea as to what your going to need.

You know, I thought so too, and I recognized the foul scent of migsk8 though it took a little checking to be sure.

Honestly Miguel, do you know how to do anything for yourself? It doesn't matter how you word the question, the answer has always been the same, SEARCH, we are not here to do everything for you.

If you wont follow my advice, why don't you listen to one of the people in these threads?

Its funny, you made a new profile, presumably to escape all the flaming, yet three posts in and here we are, with you making stupid threads, and me calling you out.

Just when the RB forum was getting boring and drab, out of left field comes this gem! Thanks for brightening my day!

I love the post back to himself under a different user name. It's multiple-username disorder.

douchebaggery is one of the best words ever! im gonna request it get added to dictionary.com. seriously. if you really have to ask what it would take to make that kinda power then just go buy a prelude or something. if you have to ask then you probably cant handle it.
