stock injectors are good to what the turbo can do at max. the whole system is good to when the turbo stops flowing (13-ish psi)

For starters, yes... you can run 11psi without any problems. I'm not quite sure what your current setup is, but despite what some people say about having heatsoak issues at 11psi I would just opt to keep the SMIC. It provides great response and for street use I'm sure you won't be in boost long enough to really feel the effects of heatsoak.

As for the injectors, yes you'll be fine. You need to make sure you're running something along the lines of a Walbro 255lph fuel pump though. And unless you're running a fuel controller than upgrading injectors is worthless. You never specified your setup.

Like I said, you didn't really specify your setup. Are you running an open diff or LSD? What condition are your tires in? Are you a good driver? etc. There are so many variables that have to be taken into account when trying to guestimate your 1/4 time. It's safe to say you should be anywhere from 13.xx - 15.xx If you have decent tires and LSD you should be somewhere in the upper 13s or low 14s.
