Read and heard that at idle you should base your afr off of maximum vacuum. My car has the most vacuum at 12.5-13.0 and had a smoother idle than when at stoich. Base off posts on the net and talking with some other car ppl some like to have stoich afr's at idle and others a little richer.s13drifter88 wrote:12.5-13 is awful rich for idle.
