Got all the Kouki panels on the car. Can't wait for it to get warmer so I can actually paint them but this will do. Tomorrow begins the motor tear down so I will have pics of that as well.

found a rust hold under the car...fixed the sunroof which caused said hole...

Then started working on the header/cat install. EGR is stuck, going to try it with some long wrenches that a friend has next weekend hopefully. Started removing emission stuff as well, which I'll go ahead and use my injen intake instead of blocking all the holes in the stock intake stuff. Did get the Catco and header extension put on.

Pulled out the motor to inspect the chatting coming from the clutch.

Found out when I did the clutch the other day, two vacuum lines got trapped between the bellhousing and motor, and was rubbing on the clutch cover. So fixed that, then redid the oil pan gasket because it was leaking. Then put it back in, headed home to daily it for the week.

Im having the same issue, but Ive heard it could also be the throwout bearing...Did you fix the problem with your noise?

And Im in the process of a two way alarm install on the soon to be daily/weekend warrior! I damn headache as of right now...Anyone know how to install the starter kill relay, and where the yellow wire goes from it, onto the car?

The instal instructions help tons...But there is a site called 12volt.com or just google your car and the model alarm you want to instal...

Well, I bought a new throwout bearing clip, the one that holds the fork to the bearing. I thought that clip broke off so I bought a new one and got it replaced. Two vacuum lines got snagged and were rubbing on the clutch cover, making a whine. So I cleaned it up, replaced the hoses and am good to go. I have no definite answer for the chatter I had, It began like three days ago and then I pulled the motor to inspect it. It would happen when I pushed the clutch in and while engaging in gear. All I know, it's gone now :)

Yesterday I was going up a hill and all of a sudden the car started bucking and acting really stupid like it was in limp mode. I couldn't rev over 2500rpms at all and couldn't even make it up a small hill, lol... I knew something was wrong because I don't own a POS. I discovered that the wires going to my MAF plug we're damaged and needed repaired. I fixed the wiring and BAM! Problem solved :woot: :woot: :woot: :woot:

I always win :dblthumb:
