It's from this ebay vendor: carking2001

It's not a perfect fit on the edge for the 08+ Ms, but I believe it will fit perfectly for the 07 and down models. The paint match and quality was excellent on these things.

I would recommend it.

Two more shots in the sun:

'guard--ride is looking pretty boss, new rotors complement the wheels. :mike
sounds like there is growing contingent of Brakemotive buyers-hopefully they hold up for all of us.

I took some 1000 grit sandpaper and buffed out a coupla marks on my doorsills that had been buggin' me for a while.
Next, gotta tackle a spot on the front that I curbed backing out of the driveway-lots of sanding, bondo, prime, sand, paint, clearcoat, etc.

OR
could just cover it with the front lip spoiler I bought a few weeks ago...

Car looks good! I'm guessing the LED driving light is just a drop in 9005 bulb?

the led bulb isnt 9005 thats would be for the high beams, i think it's called a 168 bulb. I like that color wolf, just add the front lip and it will make it look a litle bit better. Is your interior painted piano black or is it a layover? With your exhaust set up did you just get an axle back borla exhaust or did you also change out your Y pipe n keep resonators?

right. then he likely changed out that bulb..since he called it a driving light, i thought he might've rewired the high beam to work as a DRL..

Oh so it's not like a an actual replacement of the parts with some after market OE part? That kinda kills it for me. I HATE those overlay kits on EBAY because they tend to peel after words and just screw up what's underneath.

Dang it.

No, they're LED's I bought long ago.

I will be adding a full oem lip kit sometime this year... maybe around the end of summer. It's not that high on the priority list, UpRev comes first

For the interior, I thought about yanking the pieces out and spraying them. But someone once paid $600 to add the wood trim... so I decided to cover it in gloss black vinyl. Applying vinyl isn't as easy as one may think, it took a few hours.

I changed out my Y-Pipe and kept my stock resonators for my exhaust. It's still pretty quiet... I can definitely hear a difference, but it seriously sounds only a bit louder than stock...1-2 decibels?
IlyaKol wrote:Where did you get that Piano black trim?
I got the vinyl locally, they sold it by the foot. You can get it really easily online though. I bought 3M's gloss black vinyl.
mexillis wrote:burtman industries sells layovers, but you could always have a shop/friend paint em that way too
burtman only sells layovers for trim pieces that currently DO NOT have trim... I looked into it.. but I only really wanted a color change, not add pieces.

vinyl doesn't mess up whatever you cover... it's kinda like a giant sticker... without the messy adhesive.
