well i have been on this board for around a year now, and it has just grown wores and worse, i post my views to you guys on some things and god for bid, if you dont like it u bash the person insted of maby seeing the view or researching it and telling them why their view is wrong insted of "your a dumb basturd ur wrong, im right because im older then you, grow up you little kid" well you know what, im probily more of an adult then most of the people on this board. but i cant stand how many a*sholes are on this board. i feel sorry for all the new people that come on to this board ask a question and get mocked "ur a n00b get off" "RICER!!".. everyone has their own view on things, you need to chill out and maby try and look at things from their side.. but no u cant because you think your right all the damn time.. ive learned some, had fun.. but i can no longer deal with some of the people that are infecting this board, its a shame too because there are some really good, nice, smart people on this board. hate to say it but the people at fresh alloy were right.. i would like to thank fred (palmerwmd) he is probily the best mod on this board also dauntt was an awsome guy.. to the a$$holes, well you know who you are, and well.. i hope you have a good life..

master man, sad to see yah go. there are only a few of the old school left and they are droping off fast. I too have been distancing my self, the board seems to have lost what we used to have on here, i cant exactly pinpoint it,but i know it has changed and is nolonger fun for me to surf around and interact..

i foucus mainly on the CA forums now and very very rarely venture out to these general forums, i think the new format is hurting things it chaotic and unorganized looking. too many topics to hunt around,

i wil continue to troll around but im afraid im not goin to be very active i said my goodbye in a thread about a kid bashing his rich parents over not giving him car money, only one person reached out and said dont leave. hes a good guy on here an i hope more people like him, AZhitman, fred, andy, paul, and the rest of the old school guys that have been great help will stick around and continue to help out the community!

I'm not familiar with your hundreds of posts because I hang out in the Infiniti area primarliy but I have ventured in the general section a time or two and when the topics get emotional, look out!

I've had some memorable (?) exchanges with moderators and others involving recent current events that got right out of hand. However, the amount and quality of invaluable automotive info on this site is the primary reason we've all gathered here. You know that the puter can allow things to get out of control in a way that personal "in the flesh" encounters would never allow so please bear that in mind. Don't go away mad. In fact, don't go away. This is a great site. Keep contributing and learning. And most importantly, don't deprive us of your knowledge.

Personal attacks are loathsome and defeat the very purpose of this club which is the exchange of information. This site is like a pot luck supper, everyone brings something different to the party but please, everyone, leave the poison at home. "Can't we all just get along?":D

I would say don't leave Masterman.. and i know your on my site forum every so often and note how we don't allow bashing... we will allow opinions and if its flaming.. then there better be a damn good reason why... and it better be posted or we warn you your post is getting deleted.. Not deleting it and not telling you like i know some mods on here do.. and i've had my problems with some cuz i've seen many times where the topic is good and just because the moderator disagrees with what someone says they either lock it or they delete the thread/post... This shouldn't be allowed... and if it is.. explain why and not just do it.. If anyone who knows me on here... they probably haven't seen me on here in a while... Greg... ?? You should stay! I do some posting on lots of other boards and of the 10 or so that I check in on this one is by far the best moderated board on the net.There are a few that have great information but either the Mods let everyone do as they please(which is very bad) or don't let people do anything.It is so bad that I get angry every time I go there.I think that here we are fair and do an awesome job for the most part.There will be some things that may not be handeled as perfect as some of us think but you have to look at the big picture.

i agree with Masterman's points as well, its seems like more of an AOL late night chat arguing the differences between Britney or Christina being better singers.... rather than the Nissan/Infiniti online Encyclipedia/disscussion center we have formely cherished, its just getting rediculous, theres more ppl attacking other ppl as a person than there are Aluminum wings being installed. Some ppl think that NICO has lately resembled more of a gigantic general chat instead of an informational database. Well, I concur with what Mike (VimyJ) said above. I doubt very seriously that any of you (Jack, Zero, Bryan) have experienced any of what you are railing against... If you had, you could have let myself or Fred know (Admins oversee Mod actions).

Seems to me there's more going on than is being communicated. If you guys don't feel you're getting the attention you deserve, that's one thing. But if you honestly feel you've been wronged, please point out specific instances so we can nip it in the bud.

You guys know I've ALWAYS looked out for you. While I respect your decisions to leave, i think it might be premature.
