< a friend beat me to buying the same RX-8 once upon a time. I'm glad he got it, the thing was CONSTANTLY in the service bay. premature cat failure, blown seals, a second gear grind, and eventually a suspension failure of some sort. All before turning 50k.

< I would install a 20b rotary in my z32 before a vh45. Much easier to rebuild, only 3 moving parts of the rotary (4 with a 20b), cheap to get high numbers with. Only thing is, You HAVE to rebuild it and replace apex seals every 60-80k miles, less if a port job is done. If you can get over that, cool! (well, also the fact that they don't make much torque. idk about the 20b though.)

< cannot decide what to do with it. The engine is disassembled (STILL.) I have all the parts to make it 95% original engine wise (needs two oem turbos to be 100%)

So my thinking is, upgrade while the engine is out, right? or build it to 500hp and drive a falling apart mercedes for two months.. I am torn between the two options, the only thing pulling me towards the 500hp build is the DOT slicks I bought.

I see more white people in donks than I do black people, specifically suburban 30-40 year old white men who tan, with 5 kids and a golden retreiver or something like that. Leave the race card out - The donks are stupid, not the general population of the race.
