And even better when seen in person.toxik wrote:i gotta say, pro pics definetly make a huge difference.
Thanks! Handles good so far. Nope not at all.maxentropy wrote:Damn Loop. Car looks clean as hell man! Nice work!
You are really making me want that hood.........
How does the hood handle in the rain/high winds? Do you find your visibility affected at all due to the air coming through?
skiski329 wrote:are those brembo brakes? i have been lookng for brembo's for the a/c but i have not found any.
Mcheddadi is correct. They are Rotora Big brake kits. 8 piston front / 4 piston rear. If you really like Brembo's, I think the closest would be AP racing in terms of similarity and quality since I believe they are made by the same people or manufacturer(?) Stillen would need to chime in for that. But that doesn't mean Rotora's rn't quality products. Rotora's are track proven(So you know what your getting into) and affordable IMO. I love them and the stopping power is too crazy. I am scared sometimes when the cars are behind me. They will stop on a dime. So I have to watch out for that.mcheddadi wrote:rotora brakes and rotor I think
Woot from the CEO of this forum. Thanks man. Also I will be sending you an email about the NICO logo file(If thats okay with you). So I can slap that sticker on the car when I do my photoshoot.AZhitman wrote:Hot as hell.
Nice ride, Loop.
Thanks bro! Yeah I am afraid to drive it on the streets, hence my very low mileage(3,500). I usually just take it out once in a while to enjoy the car.rjdmmfl1 wrote:Loop your ride looks good, da*n good, TOO GOOD! 2 B honest, I'd be afraid to drive your car. Not so much the haters (can't stop those) but little things like rock chips and door dings would piss me off to no end if i had your whip... but all in all, I think its close to safe in saying you have one of the hottest A/C's on the planet!
Oh I don't know much about the installation, but I wouldn't mind if I got one of there installers. The overlays are opaque black which are more of a gloss black if you have seen them on the g35's. Also I haven't pick a design on which I want. I just know I want the opaque black though. I haven't really taken it to the drawing board yet.LongBeachCoupe wrote:Loop, Dr. feelgood's overlays are uber difficult... its a flat black vinyl and it must be installed by his guys, its VERY complex and has more cuts in it than you would think and has gotta be amongst the hardest vinyl installs around.
That fast intentions exhaust setup will look sweet man, im excited to eyeball it thru the ED bumper.
Also, email me with any logo questions or issues, greg is a very busy guy and I think I can help you out.
Well, Bat uses a number of different materials for his overlays... so as not to divulge any trade secrets, hit hit up (or me) and we'll work something out. As Brian stated, I have the "satin black" overlays that are, IMO, a perfect match for the look of the rear valance and my front splitter. My rood overlay is the glossy black, but IMO, that tends to give it a painted "wet" look, which I like, and that's why I went with gloss for the roof.Loop wrote:

As for the logo, I will just email you instead. I just need the design file if possible so when I give it to my vinyl guy he can cut it out.
BBL nismofool is over to check my ride.
ah..you live in Maryland, probably not a good idea that is if you don't mind cleaning your engine bay all the time. If this is you daily driver I wouldn't do it but if you have another car to use on the crappy days when it's snowing or raining, then by all means. A for weight, the OEM hood is aluminum. I don't think there will be a lot of weight difference between the two but I could be wrong.marvin5087 wrote:loop...im getting that same hood but wanted to know how it works out on rainy days..is it really that light?
Hey,..what chu tryin' to say yo? Don't be hatin on the Stillen fascia..marlin29311 wrote:Thank God for someone that has a car without the Stillen fascia...I hate that thing.
Looks great Loop!

Good thing the hood can be swapped in minutes.dangeris wrote:ah..you live in Maryland, probably not a good idea that is if you don't mind cleaning your engine bay all the time. In no way do I want to change the direction of this post, I personally think you've got a great looking Altima, very clean and well done. I appreciate you mentioning us for clarification on the brakes.Loop wrote:Mcheddadi is correct. They are Rotora Big brake kits. 8 piston front / 4 piston rear. Rotora, but only because its my sponsor. Others would need to call/email for an authorized dealer.hamandbacon wrote:where did you buy the rotora brake kit?
Josh@Stillen wrote:There is a significant difference in the abilities of the AP Racing kit versus Rotora, especially when it comes to the track. Including the design of the caliper (number of pistons is not the determining factor on a caliper.. at all).. but the AP's are more expensive, certainly.
This is true.Josh@Stillen wrote:Including the design of the caliper (number of pistons is not the determining factor on a caliper.. at all
