Damn Loop. Car looks clean as hell man! Nice work!

You are really making me want that hood.........

How does the hood handle in the rain/high winds? Do you find your visibility affected at all due to the air coming through?

Loop your ride looks good, da*n good, TOO GOOD! 2 B honest, I'd be afraid to drive your car. Not so much the haters (can't stop those) but little things like rock chips and door dings would piss me off to no end if i had your whip... but all in all, I think its close to safe in saying you have one of the hottest A/C's on the planet!

Mcheddadi is correct. They are Rotora Big brake kits. 8 piston front / 4 piston rear. If you really like Brembo's, I think the closest would be AP racing in terms of similarity and quality since I believe they are made by the same people or manufacturer(?) Stillen would need to chime in for that. But that doesn't mean Rotora's rn't quality products. Rotora's are track proven(So you know what your getting into) and affordable IMO. I love them and the stopping power is too crazy. I am scared sometimes when the cars are behind me. They will stop on a dime. So I have to watch out for that.

Woot from the CEO of this forum. Thanks man. Also I will be sending you an email about the NICO logo file(If thats okay with you). So I can slap that sticker on the car when I do my photoshoot.

Thanks bro! Yeah I am afraid to drive it on the streets, hence my very low mileage(3,500). I usually just take it out once in a while to enjoy the car.

I just made a decision that I will be getting the CF exhaust setup from Fast Intentions. Making a apointment very soon.

This is what the setup should look like from the rear.

I need to hit up Bat for those opaque black overlays for the tail lights.

Loop, Dr. feelgood's overlays are uber difficult... its a flat black vinyl and it must be installed by his guys, its VERY complex and has more cuts in it than you would think and has gotta be amongst the hardest vinyl installs around.

That fast intentions exhaust setup will look sweet man, im excited to eyeball it thru the ED bumper.

Also, email me with any logo questions or issues, greg is a very busy guy and I think I can help you out.

Oh I don't know much about the installation, but I wouldn't mind if I got one of there installers. The overlays are opaque black which are more of a gloss black if you have seen them on the g35's. Also I haven't pick a design on which I want. I just know I want the opaque black though. I haven't really taken it to the drawing board yet.

As for the logo, I will just email you instead. I just need the design file if possible so when I give it to my vinyl guy he can cut it out.

BBL nismofool is over to check my ride.

Well, Bat uses a number of different materials for his overlays... so as not to divulge any trade secrets, hit hit up (or me) and we'll work something out. As Brian stated, I have the "satin black" overlays that are, IMO, a perfect match for the look of the rear valance and my front splitter. My rood overlay is the glossy black, but IMO, that tends to give it a painted "wet" look, which I like, and that's why I went with gloss for the roof.

For your rear tails, you just need to decide if you want it to look like the flat black on your rear bumper, or the gloss black on your car... just hit me up

really really beautiful job done dude. I especially like the way the kit looks in the back. I also never thought putting gold rims on a car other than a subaru would look good---you've certainly proved me wrong

For those of you who are wondering what the stock exhaust looks like on the ED bumper. Here is a picture:

It was a pain in the a** to work on a lowered car + the ED kit didn't help either. None of my jacks fit under the car and I had to use the OE car jack to give it a raise before I jack it up with mine. But this is one step closer to getting my Fast Intentions exhaust.

ah..you live in Maryland, probably not a good idea that is if you don't mind cleaning your engine bay all the time. If this is you daily driver I wouldn't do it but if you have another car to use on the crappy days when it's snowing or raining, then by all means. A for weight, the OEM hood is aluminum. I don't think there will be a lot of weight difference between the two but I could be wrong.

Good thing the hood can be swapped in minutes.

Definitely don't know how much I will be saving as our OE hood is aluminum. Its already light. You can try asking ED and see what there response is.

I am sure I have a lot of weight saving going on my car and I think Nismofool(Kenny) can agree with that as he was in the passenger seat when I took him for a test ride. I think he wetted his pance at the sametime. I kid I kid. Hopefully he doesn't read this post.

In no way do I want to change the direction of this post, I personally think you've got a great looking Altima, very clean and well done. I appreciate you mentioning us for clarification on the brakes.

There is a significant difference in the abilities of the AP Racing kit versus Rotora, especially when it comes to the track. Including the design of the caliper (number of pistons is not the determining factor on a caliper.. at all).. but the AP's are more expensive, certainly.

To gauge a bit of AP's demand, especially coming into the supercar market (excluding the racecar world, where they are also prevalant), where they can have anything they want, there are some links on this blog post: http://blog.stillen.com/2009/0...here/

But this is not the place for this discussion..

Loop, you've definitely taken your time, worked the sponsorships, yet still made a quality build seemingly without compromise. Well done sir!

(those that have built sponsor vehicles know a lot of times it's 1,000 times more work and effort than simply paying top dollar for every part and every install.. but can be very fun and rewarding if done right.. it's definitely not a free lunch)

Rotora, but only because its my sponsor. Others would need to call/email for an authorized dealer.

I would never compare AP Racing to Rotora. AP Racing has a very good reputation/background in track. Its no competition when compared to Rotora. Though I was comparing Brembo and AP Racing when 'skiski329' mentioned Brembo.

This is true.
