drivetrain losses are usually very misunderstood and overestimated. There was a very good tech website that explaned that typical RWD loses are only around 8%. FWD loses only around 3-4%.

you can thank the mis-information on dyno queens who want to tack on large amounts of power (going by rediculous drivetrain losses of like 25%) to their *predicted* crank horsepower.

cavaliers are okay but too generic. everyone has one and they're GM junk. just look at the engine name: ECOTEC. it implies cheap and fuel efficient, not cool and fast.
