Ok, I lost track of the original subject, I have one issue somehow related to the subject matter in my 2011 M37x, the USB connector does not show on the DVD/AUX selection menu, nor does it sense anything plugged in to the port.
ALso, where can I get the software update, I shipped my car from Canada to the UAE and the local dealer does not want to mess with it.
Iphone 4s works fine, bluetooth audio also is working, and others.

ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm experiencing the same issue with a 2012 M37. Iphone 4s, connected via BT as phone and streaming audio device. Phone hasn't been a problem, all along. The music on the other hand is an annoyance. When it works, it's great. When it doesn't work, I have regrets about not researching this more before I bought the vehicle. Now, I find myself willing to purchase another phone, just for the capability. What I find odd is that going through the Infinity BT site, I've looked at most of the phones listed, and none of them are authorized for streaming audio. My question "is streaming audio a core competency for this car or isn't it?" Is there ever going to be a fix, and how long before these fixes are typically rolled out to the field. The way it is, it's an embarrassment, for me, and the brand.
