nope. I never said that. I basically said that if you could pull that swap off, you wouldn't be having any problems right now,but you are, which only tells me one thing. do I need to spell that one out for you too?

it's easier to pull with the trans hooked up there is your answer.

but how big was your wing on it? you might have had too much downforce and that caused your oil to all go into the pan and yolu started knocking...

so any advice on the car would be helpful i have ruled out taking the transmission with the motor so what would be the biggest helpful hint on lining it up??

Wow almost every Troll on my watch list has posted in here.

Oh for real advice. on how not to blow a rod.

Use good oil, at the right viscosity and type. Make sure the coolant is mixed to the proper level, and clean.Make sure there are no leaks / gasket issues.Don't beat up and old tired car.WATCH THE GAUGES. IF THE TEMP RISES OR PRESSURE DROPS TURN THE CAR OFF AND TOW IT.
