Yessir, still have the M45 but now it's got a huge dent on the driver's side right before the door. Some moronnn in the mall parking lot thought it'd be cool to ram into the side of my car while they were trying to park and then leave and not put a note with their contact info.

The part of the story that Eric left out was that I was on a date with my gorgeous wife when all his "drama" came down... I got phone calls from someone from Infiniti, the Admin staff, and a few members, followed by MY attorney...

I don't have an issue with how it went down. It was a small mistake that turned into a bigger problem than it should have, and I'm glad to welcome Eric back to the forums as a knowledgable and helpful member.

Thanks Greg! Let's chat on IM when you're free sometime and I can let you know about the goodies that I have access to now and how we can integrate them into NICO. Hint hint: I'll have the first scoop on any upcoming or new Nis/Inf models, concept cars, events, promotions, and customer incentives/discounts weeks before they're released to the rest of public and the ability to post all the cool details on NICO fo' free.

Thank you for the recognition for the effort. I would have probably been back on NICO sooner than May, but I didn't know how I would be welcomed back with the way I had left and all. No, I definitely agree with you. When I was handed a C&D letter from a Nissan corp exec, all I wanted to do was to remove myself completely from NICO.

You should have contacted an Administrator. We would have changed your username and password, and not given you access to it. The post in question would have been deleted, and you wouldn't be in exile.

When you delete an entire user account and all the posts along with it, you cause unnecessary stress on the staff.

I didn't have any part in restoring your posts, however, I won't accept your apology. You should leave now.
