Dang, I was going to ask you how big the wheels were but even if they're 22"s 40lbs is heavy as hell...

Lol, never said they were nice, but they're unique... I'd rock them if they were given to me for promotional purposes. The set sells for $9,500 or something like that on ebay and then like a 2 month wait.

Well my Ventis are forged and they're 20"s and they're not that light... I think they weight as much as the OEM 19" weighted. But def way less than 40 lbs without tires... and yesssss get forged wheels man, I've hit stuff with these wheels that would've bent any other wheel for a fact and all I got was like a big gash on the lip (fixed since) and a piece of rubber off the tires, lol.

Do take in consideration that you are getting 20s and not 18s so your 20-25 lbs range may be a lil too low I think. Nah? Which forgiatos were u trying to get if you dont mind me asking?

Lol, the editing thing again...

Damn that HRE P40 is beautiful, you def need a bbk if you get that tho... I was just discussing wit a friend, how much bigger wheels look when they're off the car... if that HRE didnt weight 24 lbs I would've sworn it was a 22 inch.

I had a thing for HRE wheels when I was in the BMW "scene" but sometimes the prices for some car accesories are ridiculous... I mean, who pays over $700 for tail lights, right? Lol... nah but seriously $6000 for wheels is pushing it.

help me pay the 4grand price tag and I would. lol I think it is way to much weight for some 20"s even for as high as 24"s I would loose a lot of MPG, speed, torque, hp, aerodynamics, LMAO everything with rims that heavy.

Somebody asked the same question when I posted this wheel on the 300zx forum and this was the response he got...
pintovit wrote:You can balance a brick... Doesn't mean that it will ride smooth though. :)

Anyway, in this case, it's just a matter of adding the right amount of weight on the right place to compensate. It is still a really odd wheel that doesn't look very functional...

Sorry to burst your bubble. But can you imagine the 25 pound lead weight clamped to the opposite side of the "spoke?" A really beautiful set up...

I used this website as reference to pick my offsets...

http://www.rimtuck.com/

I dont know if you knew about this website or not, but pretty much it's a database with pics of lots of cars with different wheel set ups and offsets, to give u an idea what your car is gon look like at whatever offset. Pretty cool stuff...

Hey girl!!!

Cool stuff man, and I see she's turbo'd already?!?!?! Less work for you!!! I got a killer deal on those wheels man, $552 shipped! For (2)18x9.75 and (2) 17x8.25, weird sizes I know. I just didnt want to spend $3,000 on wheels again, I dont want to be a dead man so soon. I kinda like the wheels you go on that 240 now, what are they? And check this out drift...

If you're on a budget or just dont want to spend a lot of money, these are on sale at $75 a wheel, same place I got the 527s from.

^^^ Yep already turbo, but running a little rough. Thats a freaking sweet deal on your wheels, it funny because that were I was going to order my wheels from thier prices are crazy.. and they have sale until the end of February. That $75 dollar wheels offset is is super high for a 240 but is a good deal.

The wheels that are on the car now are 18' mustang wheels.
