I don't care what ANYONE says, you have to use primer on urethane. Alot of painters will tell you that they use a "special prep/adhesion promoter" for their urethane...They are wrong...THEY NEED TO USE PRIMER!!!
I had a similar problem with one of my painter's. I had to take the bumper from my Titan back and yell at him to use primer. Once he used primer the paint never flaked again.
TELL YOUR PAINTER'S TO USE PRIMER!!!!
Sorry for the annoying caps but I can not emphasize this enough.
