My list isn't long... and I haven't had a lot of diversity, but I'll explain a few things.
The most fun girl I ever dated was half Mexican, half Irish. It was mostly a physical relationship between two people who had just been through really rough times. It was all the right things at the right time. The only difference her race made is that she had great rhythm (dancing, etc) and was very... almost musical in everything she did. We're still friends to this day.
The other two girls I've really dated (there have been others, but never got very far) were/are both white.
The first one was slightly east-European, but mostly Scot-Irish and stuff. She tanned really well and really dark... I think it was the eastern-European in her. Anyways, she is incredibly ambitious, moreso now than even when we were together. Her relatives back in Europe were all very wealthy and part of high society. She loves European everything. She fully intends to be an ambassador to France and she'll probably get there.
Part of her ambition has to do with her lineage, I believe. She came from a family of strong, independent women, and she got the full dose of both of those. Meanwhile, her dad had a bit of a temper (he was the one with eastern-European blood), and she got that too.
On the hand, I have a really odd temper. Very short fuse that's friggin impossible to light. If you hit the wrong button I'll rip you apart... but I'm mostly Scot-Irish. I believe I got the temper from my grandfather, who is full blood Portuguese. Does the race have much to do with it? I dunno, I think lineage plays a bigger part than actual race. I also think that the biggest part of making personality characteristics is environment when you're young. I was always given tons of hell when I was young and I learned to put up with it. Now, still pretty young, but with my personality pretty much formed, I find that childhood led to my odd temper. I'm also such a damn softie sometimes too... gr... but anyways, moving on.
The ambitious chick was an incredible kisser (yeah, I'm a virgin), but I'll tell you from what little we did I know she'd be incredible in bed. Aggressive as all hell but also small and movable (5'0 and yoga, mmmm)...
However her ambition is also her downfall, IMO. She's so caught up in being successful school and job-wise that she misses out on fulfilling social relationships. Her best friend when I met her is my best friend now because she threw me away and I had no one to turn to, but he was there. That kid is great (best friend).
Anyways, now she has lots of boy toys, most or all for the purpose of furthering her debate career. Colleges love debaters. Debaters do well in government. You can see how that goes.

The second white chick. I don't really know her lineage. I'd be willing to guess a lot of Irish in her too, but I'd say a nice chunk of French or something in there.
She's sweet as anything. She knows how to make anyone feel special. She talks a lot... okay, a ton, but that means that for once I can be quiet with someone. She knows when to shut up though. Hmmm... she's driven, but not crazy. Honestly, I'm not sure what to make of her.
She's very passive, physically. The kind that lets you do your thing and rides in perfect harmony with you. It's fun... but damn... we all know chicks who make the first move ROCK.
This is once again I think because her parents are very laid back, and she was taught from a young age by her VERY traditional grandmother to be passive.
I hate traditional old people.____________________________________________
Anyways... highlights here:
Latins kick cause they have rhythm.
East-Europeans kick cause they're aggressive, but that can also be a downfall.
West-Euros kick cause they're nice.
None of that is really true, it's all lineage and growing up environment.
Finally, manipulative women (or people) suck. But I really don't want to get on that rant yet, so I'll shut up now.
