Ok I'll lay it down...

Here's how the night went... I was over at my friend keith's playing some drinking games on his back patio and she came over. I was kind of drunk, and as soon as she got there a blunt got passed around. I rarely smoke so I didn't hit it, but she did get really high.

About an hour later we walked a couple streets down to another friend's house where she knew the people better. We sat around a fire, I continued to drink but didnt get wasted. I remember seeing her give away the only Sparks she had bought, I just figured she was high enough she didnt want to drink.

Then everyone moved to the trampoline lol (it was only 5 of us) and I fell asleep, and a few others did, I dunno if she did or not.

Around 5am I woke up and asked if she wanted to leave, and she said yes. I made sure she felt alright to drive, she said she wasnt high anymore. we went back to the cars and each headed home.

Next morning, I get the text 'wow I'm really sorry about last night'

The ONLY thing I can think of is that when we were around the fire, people started saying jokes and I have some pretty bad ones (i've worked construction since I was 15, I've heard a lot of them) and my thought is she heard one and her head started doing funny things. I know when you're high a small thought can turn into a loooong deep thought.

But enough to give her a vibe that she didnt want to be with me anymore, after all the talks and moments we've had together, ????

whatever I guess, but she still hasnt responded. I just want to know what the vibe was about, because I am not a mean or unstable person at all.

that doesnt sound bad.

maybe she has some hidden extra baggage that she is not being open about. girls are good at pretending things are perfect when they are really not and there minds are like light switches..on/off...on/off

keep trying to talk to her just dont be too aggressive

Yeah this is what im thinking. Sounds like something happened that you don't know about yet. Sounds pretty weird especailly from a girl you have only seen for a month. Why couldn't you just base your realtionship around sex like normal people?

The reefer does strange things to some people, I get super paranoid and most of the time forget to make conversation, some people get really self conscious, since she was smoking and you weren't, she might be thinking you were judging her, even if it was just the reefer talking.

I would try and maintain from a distance, find out whats going on from her friends, stopping by her work should be a last resort. I would say 9 times out of 10 girls get the stalker vibe, if you were randomly stopping by to bring her flowers and you two were cool, that's different, but if shes giving you the cold shoulder, best to respect that and let her have her space.

The random drop-bys is good for friends, but I would never want someone I was dating to just swing by my place to see what I was doing.

On the a$$ side of things, I was dating a girl for a few months, super vibe and things were just going as near as perfect as I could imagine. She talked about her ex bf just saying "Lets go to the mall and pick you out some shoes" or some such on her birthday. Basically saying the guy didn't put a lot of effort into things. Plus he drank a lot, wasn't super bright, etc.. On her birthday, 6-7 weeks after we started dating, I picked her up an Iphone off Craigslist, since she complained about the phone she had a lot. Her friends all thought it was the coolest gift ever, she couldn't stop talking about it with me... When we broke up (her choice) she said one of the reasons was because she still wasn't over her ex. So sometimes even when you think you are way better than her ex's, it doesn't matter because they don't want to be taken care of, some people feel more comfortable being unfulfilled.

Her acting like this is a red flag for what she's hiding and is going to turn into in the future. Get out while you easily can.

I couldnt imagine what her deal might be, other than 1) she thinks youre judging her for how high she got that night...or2) something happened while you were asleepor3) the chick is crazy. yeah us girls can be totally on/off like that which is weird, our minds can really be complicated/stupid sometimes.

hope u find out what it is soon man, let us know.

I wear PJ pants and a shirt with a duck on it to Panera on many evenings. I commit social suicide regularly.

BTW, you're not gonna meet anyone worth spending quality time with at a party like that anyway.

If, by some chance, she DOES hit you up, make sure she's been tested for teh gonosyphiherpaids since her drunken orgy on the trampoline.

That's what happened the first time I was cheated on, my gf and I were at my friends house (now very much ultra arch-enemy), smoking and doing whippets, and I passed out. Found out after we broke up that they had f-ed on his couch.

Not to give you ideas man, sometimes girls just act like, well, us.

^ Agreed.

I don't put up with that kind of bulls***. It's boring to me and I will walk out on a girl who meters her social life. I know where it leads, and it's not for me.

Big and very real world out there, and that's what's in store for me.

I hate people. What kind of narcissistic, self-pitying, pathetic, weak-constitutioned, mentally impaired, emotastic a$$ came up with the idea of "social suicide?" Does it come with or without social razors and cyanide?
the ability or act of remaking ones self by shunning what they feel they are expected to be through starting over and becoming who they always felt they were.
People are pathetic. You can't stand what's expected of you so you just give up?! What about GIVING EVERYONE THE FINGER?! To hell with "everyone!" This is so pathetic I can barely type straight through the annoyance.

What in the name of Hell could anyone possibly face from their "social scene" [sweet zombie Jesus I HATE that word (scene)] that could make them feel that worthless?

Dude, just walk out on it. She's obviously not emotionally stable if she's pulling this kind of crap.

People who are determined to be miserable despite having nothing genuinely bad ever happen to them disgust me. Grow some balls or stop breathing my air.

No, that was career suicide, and he didn't even get that right. He's back to work again, now.
