If you have the same systems a s me, and you have it connected the same way, and you mentioned that you tried a different amp, then the only thing left would be the LLC or the RCA cables. Since I don't think its the RCA cables, I would have to believe that its the LLC that's messing things up. I never liked any of the Scosche products. Get rid of that dang thing and get either the PAC SNI-15 or 35 which is adjustable

I also took that off and connected the FAI-3A but got the same result.

Are you sure that you're connecting the positive and negative wires of the Scosche LLCs to the positive and negative of the wires before it goes into the amp? I'd make sure that you don't have the positive to negative connection.

I've rechecked the connections about 10 times over the last 3 weeks; took them apart and then put them back together several times times each day of the last few weekends whenever I had the time to work on the car. I'm sure the connections + and - are connected correctly.

I went to Wal-mart and bought 2 cheap amps to try and both didn't work either; still sound like a regular speaker or a weak speaker. Here are a few pics of the connections:

amp on to PIN 60 black/green

left - to PIN 63 green/silver

left + to PIN 64 violet/silver

right - to PIN 65 violet

right + to PIN 66 light green

I even bought the BOSS BASS 600 that SHIFT_CR had it working but I still managed not to http://forums.altimas.org/zerothread/338367

Clarion APA250

Sony XM-ZR1852 and connectionsIf I turn the Level to 6V then I can't hear anything, more like a speaker at 0.3V

Also tried JVC KS-AX3002 and Jenson XA250, didn't work either.

Tried all of the amps on 12'' Sony Xplod and 10'' Memphis (don't know the exact model from the outside, probably have to open up the box and look inside to see).

I had the Jenson XA250 + 12'' Sony Xplod set up on my previous Eclipse and they were working fine before I pulled them out.Same with Clarion AP250 + 10'' Memphis.

I think it had something to do with the 2 ohms for the Bose system, but the JVC KS-AX3002 still didn't fix that.

Also tried bridging and 2 subs set up together, nada.

Well it looks like you're connecting the LOC to the right wires and you've changed out the amps but you're still receiving the same results of no sound.

Ok, so lets do some deductive reasoning here. We know the wires on the connectors are right because myself and Infantry is using the same ones and it works perfect. It can't be the amps because you've changed out them out. The possibility of two or more amps not working just seems impossible.

So the only thing you haven't changed out is the LOC. You're still using that POS Scosche LOC-80. Have you tried a different LOC besides a Scosche? I've had problems with that brand in the past as well as other people I know and I try to steer clear from that brand. Do me a favor and humor me...get the PAC SNI-15 or 35 and hook that up. I bet that will solve the problem.

I'll try that PAC SNI-15 or 35. I did hook up the FAI-3A but got the same result.

DING! DING! DING!!!!! Jackpot! Those Schosche are POS. I didn't think the problem was due to the LOC 'cause I tried 2 of them, FAI-3A and LOC80. Apparently both didn't work. Wasted 4 weekends for nothing.

Sweet! I'm glad that you got everything working and Yes, it is frustrating! I know how it is to be banging your head against the wall trying to figure what the heck is going on and it turns out to be the cheapest part that's creating all the problems! Enjoy your new sound man and remeber..

PAC products FTMFW!!!!!
