Hello, thank you very much for looking and for all the help. Just the other night I notice two of my headlight bulbs (high beam and fog light for my left headlight) had turned themselves on while my car was off and the switch was off. I do not have a bumper so I fear that the wiring could've gotten wet since it was raining. It did it again that night but then not again for two days. This morning I went to start my car and my battery was dead (drained from the headlight being on.) Do you have any idea what could cause this?

The switches at the steering column could be going, so those might want to be inspected. Here's a link to something like that:

Or, there are motors with position switches inside the headlights, to pop them up and down and maybe one of those is gummed up or the motor brushes aren't making good contact anymore. You might want to get access to those, take them apart and clean it all up.
