OMFG this runs so f***ing awesome LOL

Ok it's done, little oil leak and some exhaust leaks but nothing major. Will have to fix those and get the car inspected (as it ran out) lol. I took itfrom the shop today, no tune. Stock ECU is compensating for 4-5psi fine!!!! A/F is around 12.5 and the car runs amazing!!!! OMFG (i'm drunk right now too so sorry loolo). BUt I took it from the shop and drive it easy until Igot used to it. Itook it up to 4 psi with no tune just in 3rd and 4th. The BOV is surprisingly good. It sounds really good. I scared a guy in a civic and a guy in a jetta tdi tried to compete with me on the hwy, yeah NO WAY. lol.

Seriosuly, this is WAY more power than I was expecting. I am VERY PLEASED with this build and seriously, if anyone wants to turbo their 2.5L go and do it RIGHT NOW, you will not be disapointed.

I will make a video once I fix the leaks and it gets inspected. Man it's SOOOOO f***ING FUN to drive it's crazy. I was blwoing it off at every chance I got in traffic. Looks like crazy from people hahhahahhahahaa. WOOOOO!!!!!! I didn't even have to put in the injectors yet fyi. It still needs to be tuned a bit obviously but man it's frickin awesome. The turbo is not burning oil either (surprisingly). I'll probably get a brand name turbo anyways to be safe.

I would be careful with running it that lean though. 12.4 afr is good for n/a but on boost your gonna want to be around 11.5-11.8. Detonation is very likely with anything in the 12's.

Like I said before, it's all in the tune!

dayam!!! that's sick. wish i had some cash flow for this project right now. but a quick question, since im not too familiar with canada laws about turbos and smog checks, or if you even have smog checks. how's that gonna pass? does the turbo affect the smog?

and if anyone who's in Cali and is familiar with the smog check law and turbos, passing or not passing. please let me know.

Car is jacked up on the passenger's side, was fixing an oil leak. Took a quick pic to show the piping. It doesn't hang down that low. It's fine when driving, so woot!

Car didn't get inspected yet as I hoped, the shop was busy and the hell if I'm taking it to the dealer for them to nitpick everything. I'll probably make a video tomorrow night, supposed to get inspected tomorrow morning.

I think it needs more boost

I see the RPMs climb but the speed climb not so much. I would like to see it all nicely tuned with proper AFR. Cool build none the less, just keep an eye on the compressor for oil leaks.

Not much speed because I was spinning like a mofo lol. It's a lot quicker than it seems from the video. I'll get some vids driving on the highway in 4th gear and higher, it takes off like crazy. Going to get the new injectors in there first though. Have to solve the stalling issues too. But man, it's fun!

Winter tires + Dirt on roads from snow removal = fail.
