This is how you are supposed to put a monitor in a S14 !

8.4" touch screen to run my car pc.

Excuse the dust and the whole no carpet thing. Still waiting on a couple of parts until I can finish the interior.

how did you guys get the cloth to look so good on the door panels. none of you overlapped any material to get it to fit into that creavace in the door. the s13's have this difficult door, how could you guys get it so even on such an uneven surface????? teach me!!!!!

aymaeid, based on what I read, you want to get a stretch material. From the Side of the door, closest to the dash, start and head towards the part that has the big curve. Use spray adheisive, to spray on the portion you wish to lay the material, a few inchs at a time. Stretch the material over the spray, and use a flat edge to smooth out all wrinkles, before the spray dries. It takes time, and patience, so if you do not have either, hold off on doing it That is why mine is not redone yet.

It's Deep Corn 350mm, black perforated leather, since that model comes in suede too...

It's so young people will not vandalize structures. The stupidest law i have ever heard of. Im 26 years old and they wouldn't sell me paint because I didn't have my I.d

uhh... yeah, I know we are trying to keep the non-picture posts to a minimum, but Ive been in the articles section and was wondering, with all the guys on here that have re-upholstered their s13 seats, has no one done a write up? and WHY?

I badly want to do something along those such lines in the future, but, I wouldn't have a clue how to go about doing it... and without something to go by, I wouldn't even want to attempt it for fear of f***ing stuff up.

Alright well, i just finished this yesterday, tell me what you think...

I love it... I'm sure imma get flamed a lil bit for the dash, but its my favorite part, so haters... yall can suck on a jellysickle.

Much love to vroom for the write-up on the padded armrest mod. it's the isht.also, for the e-brake boot write-up.

much love to spyro187 for the glove box re-covering write-up.

much love to Asher4857 for the shift boot write-up.

The dash, I did myself in my garage with some Elmer's spray adhesive from walmart, and a yard and a half (1 yard for the dash, 1/2 yard for the rear shelf.) of the fabric from a fabric store. The door panels are painted... I was going to cover them in the same nagahide stuff that was used on the shift boot/e-brake/armrest/glove box, but its pretty stiff material, and it would have been a huge PITA to try to get it to work on the doors.

anyway, on to pics! ENJOY!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE your dash, I want something similar for my 240, except just a dash pad, something I can toss on and take out if need be.

Thanks! Its cool to hear some positive feedback on the hard work...Took, i think around 3 hours total... Completely worth it... Its definitely one-of-a-kind around here... Its one thing to have the first (of two.) Silvia s13 in my small cowtown.. lol, but the interior definitely sets me apart from the rest now. and everything inside cost under $30 all together. I already had all of the white nagahide, and did everything myself. The only things I had to buy were:

Foam for padded armrest: $5Spray adhesive $61.5 yards of the furry isht: $22ish.so, $33.

I love every minute I sit in there now. Now I just need some seats. S14's, soon I think.
