And...it reminds us to research people a bit, I had thought about checking through some Mr2 forums to see if I could find out what kinda guy he is but I decided I didnt need too, he seemed trustworthy enough. If I had, I probably wouldn't have gone through with the deal seeing as I found the other threads within 2 minutes searching on Google. And yeah, it should be common knowledge, but I dont have too much faith in the general public's intelligence.

Deleting posts to cover the trail of your stinch is a bad move! Unfortunately in this guys, we all take chances on each other when one advertises a piece of merchandise that we want and you engage in a trade (cash for product). Though paypal can be a bit costly, it's well and worth the few extra dollars you pay for the piece of mind. Someone in the U.S. with that much access to JDM suppliers and spare parts was kinda too good to be true, but I was in no position to say other wise. Man Brian, if you're reading this grap your balls (if you got a pair) and fix this. This is a very sensitive world and time right now and no one (rich, middle-class or just making it) have the money to donate to you off false pretences. Pay-up dog!

Im sure you've seen how dance instructors are portrayed on television such as having homosexual tendencies, etc. Please dont use the fact that he is a DANCE INSTRUCTOR against him as such actions would be very immature. Well the news is...VISA rocks, I got a full refund but I have to contact their claims department and see if I have to ship back what I have in my possession allready (an incomplete engine and a transmission). If I do, then that's no problem, it'll ship as soon as I get a pallet and schedule a pickup. Right now I'm working on finding a new front clip and should have more information by the end of the week, I have a couple shops working on finding me one I also have some new plans to get me back up to that 250-300hp goal I had and I think everything is going to work out Brian actually did finally contact me...but it was more of the same. He offered an excuse of: I havent been home hardly at all and I've been really busy. Then he tried to tell me to "keep the fu*&ing motor" and then tried to get me to lie to my credit card company by sending him a piece of paper through UPS with deliver confirmation (right, like he's going to say he got it :rolleyes) The thing is, if the credit card company requires confirmation and they dont get it, they can take back that money...I'm not going to let him screw me twice. I told him simply that I'd do what the credit card company said. Let me say this one more time...the guy is NOT to be trusted, even if he's not trying to rip me off (which I still FULLY believe he is)...he still has TERRIBLE business ethics and absolutely no business sense.
