Replacing Brake Pads and Rotors on 09 Rogue

Hi all,

I'm planning to change the brakes on my 2009 Nissan Rogue S FWD.

I picked up some AC Delco Professional Grade Pads and Raybestos Rotors from a local auto parts supplier - Benson Auto Parts...pretty popular here in Canada. I plan to install all 4 sets of pads/rotors tomorrow by following this youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLBYOdnON_Y.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice or suggestions for the install? This is my first time changing brakes by myself. One thing I am unsure about in the video is the use of WD40, can anyone recommend a better lubricant? Also what are the key locations that need to be lubricated when changing brakes?

next time please use the search function, or scan the top few CHATROOMs. they are locked and never move.

regarding wd40; here is the comment i posted on that video a few months ago:
"1. DO NOT spray any lubricants onto the face or the rear of the rotor. that lube will melt, dribble(like it did in the video) onto the braking surface and contaminate your pads. if you want to use a tiny bit of brake grease between the hub & rotor, thats fine. only use high temp brake grease(sparingly). 2. That "handle" is the noise maker that lets you know when your pads are done. more Nissan info at NICOclub(dot)com forums."
