It over heated once at 25 degrees before top dead center.... anyway I have found my problem.

I have been noticing slight amounts of oil in my intake piping... well today I was driving my car and now the turbo is making alot of noise but I'm not feeling any power.... I can now rev the car well past 5500 rpms at full throttle. My wastegate would not actuate at all no matter how much vacuum pressure I applied to it, and my turbo is shot. Long story short we always thought the wastegate was bad but it always tested fine... well it isn't any more. I'll be tearing into the turbo this weekend and I guess if you could WD send that stuff up asap and I'll order me a td04 to take the crappy stockers place.

Thanks for all your help and I'll surely keep you all posted on the progress.

Looks like you got it;)

oil catch can wont help much.it is designed to catch oil from the valve train.if oil is getting atomized from the turbo then a catch can wont help.glad that we narrowed it down to the turbo.besides rb20 stockers suck ;).

AHH IF I KEEP THE TURBINE SIDE CONSERVATIVE SAY LIKE A .63 A/R IT SHOULDN'T BE TOO BAD. I'M ONLY GOING FOR A MAXIMUM BOOST OF ABOUT 15 - 18 PSI SO I'M NOT TOO WORRIED ABOUT GOING EXTREMELY LARGE, ITS JUST I'M ASSUMING THE MANIFOLD WD IS SENDING IS T4.

HEY WD CAN YOU CONFIRM IF THAT MANIFOLD IS T3, T4, OR UNIVERSAL FLANGED?

the .63 will be fine, i ran a .81 on mine, now that sucked. No boost till 5000...you should spool by 3600 or so. My friend has the same setup.
