Whoa there Tom. Lets see if I can sort and answer your post, I guess I'll go in the order which they were presented.

Not answering your calls, I never recall wanted to avoid customers and those who bring business (wouldn't that be totally opposite than what we want?).

I personally respond to all left messages and especially those left for me. I forward the phones to my cell phone even during off hours to offer customer support when available. But to expect a live body to answer calls throughout the night is not cost efficient and/or logical as my job does not have me centered around starring at a phone all day. Calling back every number that ends up on a missed call log falls in the same category. If there is a legitimate voice message left than it's replied to in a timely manner just like emails.

The mentioning of you calling and leaving these messages are new to me and perhaps you are calling some wrong number?

Gizmonismo (Angel), I speak to pretty frequently, and he has done business with Raw Brokerage more than once. And to say that I've been talking negative of you is just incorrect and plainly poor business in which I do not conduct or take part in.

I'm always welcoming new and returning customers and thus have no reason to want to avoid any of the mentioned.

I do run a business and many have and continue to support what services are offered through us.

If there is an issue with me or the company I represent than please free to contact me through other mean that seem to have worked for everyone else either that be email or via AIM (since for some reason I don't get your calls). If you ask around, I'm perhaps one of the only people that has offer customer support through Email and via AIM throughout all hours and all week even on Sunday.

I proudly support NICO and it's members and have been doing some time and actually laugh at it's questioning.

I have nothing against you Tom and don't intend there to be anything wrong between us either. Lets talk and see where our miscommunication lays, in which we will work to correct.

Thanks

just answered your call, you didn't speak and just hung up on me after I said hello multiple times. Just called back, you didn't pick up.

Please no phone tag, it's time consuming.

Question, I'm about to send out my rpm gauge from my 91 240sx to you (rawbrokage), it fixes the rpm, what about speedo? Just reading the post above about guy asking if it fixes speedo and tach, and you mention both. I thought it was only the tach. Sorry for noob question.

Got a contact number?

for the moment only tach fixes.. this allows proper RPM readout when using a 6 cylinder engine in our 240's.

Shoot me an email so we can set you up. I'm done for tonight, dead tired. =/
