Im not exactly sure on the offset. I plan on adding some 8,10 or 12mm spacers in the rear though

awesome thank you i would definitely appreciate it.

QQ: describe backspacing for me please lol. i dont understand if they are talking about how far the hub is backspaced from the outer edge of the wheel or if its how for the hub is backspaced from the inner edge of the wheel. oh and inner edge is the edge facing towards the brakes, rotors, etc.. and outer edge is the side everyone will be looking at

No offset is where it is even both ways.Positive offset is where there is more space towards the inside of the rim that you dont see.Negative offset is more space towards the outside of the rims that you see. Ex. Deep dish rims are Negative.Backspacing is the measure of the hub, where the wheel is mounted, to the inside part of the rims lip.IIRC

its funny how people are sayin "lets see how long it lasts." if it chips or starts messing up just sand it down and do it again

FYI: If anyone was wondering this car is a pain in the a** to wash. Pretty hard to get out some kind of soot without scratching the paint. Ill figure something out. Edit: Use a sponge.

Wow, that looks awesome for it being rattle canned, looks better that a maaco paint job and they use "real" car paint

As for the scratching of the paint after washing, how long after you painted it did you wait to wash/wax the car? I know from the body shop at my job you have to wait a few weeks to wash a car after painting and then like a month or two before waxing the car because you have to let the paint "cure".

Anyway man, that came out awesome especially for $80 man ya can't go wrong if paint does chip or whatever because you can easily redo that area.

looks good but why not just take the sunroof out when painting, just pops rite out and is a lot easier then taping it off?

I didnt think of pulling out out the sunroof. I used sunrise red without clear coat. I tried fixing the dent but it would just pop back; I didnt have time to take it to a body shop and leave it there for a day or however long for them to pop it out. Ive washed to car about 5-6 times since. Using a sponge works better than a car washing mitt. The car is pretty diry right now since the weather wont cooperate with me. We also got about 3 inches of snow which is a miracle for Louisiana so I couldnt wash it. Here are two picture from this morning.

I'd like to agree with you, but I rattle canned my roof and it didn't last but a summer with the sun baking on her. And yes, I prepped it properly.

Looks good for now, but I don't think it will last, at the same time, with the money saved, you could just touch up any area problems that may arise.

To be honest, I think the brand of paint has a lot to do with it too. Im sure the cheap walmart paint would have started cracking due to the heat when I first painted.

it looks good. but it wont look good for long. summer time turns round and bugs will destroy that paint.

thats why rattle can does not work.
