Update: Temperature is rising here in Louisiana. Going to burn under the heat. After washing the car I get so many complements on how nice and bright the paint looks. From 5 feet+ the paint looks better than any of the red factory painted cars Ive been told. But, the texture from the rattle can doesnt work from up close. I might sand it with some high grit if I don't get lazy..

I wonder how it would work if you used rattle color, then used a real clear coat out of a gun. It should protect it and save a bit of cash.

I will be painting a co-workers/friends Tahoe over the summer. Ill be sure to make a video of the whole process then!
