I agree. If you actually wanna spend some money and do the full GTR conversion and do IT RIGHT on a Coupe like the Grey one and the black one above, it looks really nice. JUST remember!! usually, time + money = nice and cheap and half@ssed = rice.

That might just be the greatest 240sx conversion i have ever seen in my life. Some one needs to make me a kit for that ish. Plus an RB26DETT OMG I'm about to sell my kidney to pay for it. J/K but that car is sexy

If i were to spend the time and money on converting it to look this good... I would much rather just get a real one.. But this conversion is very well done.

if you want to make it look right.. you will need a lot more than that. Study the differences between the skyline and 240.. and you will see.. it will be a lot harder than just a pile of parts. FOR ONE in order to change the rear lights.. correct me if Im wrong you will have to do some cutting and such. Which will involve a LOT of body work to make it right . THe rear fenders are shaped differently. and the DOORS are where it will make it look better and make it flow. It will look just like you threw a front end on there if you dont make it flow. To make a car to look good, by general standards, you have to appeal to the eyes of "people". "People" Look at how a car flows. To make it look factory and flow nice there is going to be THOUSANDS invovled. and not including hundreds of man hours involved and the necessary tools. There is a reason you dont see too many of these done ... cuz 1. its hard to make it look good. 2. expensive 3.looks like microwaved a$$ if not done right 4. did I mention expensive.

theres a lot more involved than you think to convert this kind of thing. Like I said before, there are A LOT of people who LOVE skylines, like 240s. If it were that easy.. youd see WAYYYY more of them. So just before you dive into this, really really understand that its going to be a pain in the A$$ and more than likely you wont have the access to the parts to make it look good. ( i say more than likley) but hell maybe you have endless funds and we all are talking in circles.

Sorry that was soo long Im just trying to save someone a heartbreak and headache

OMG that looks so authentic. It looks sooo gud, but I would much rather just buy a Skyline instead of converting. Ive never really been a fan of conversions though.

ok cool I see where we are going with this and thanks on all the advise. But really I want to do like the convertavle did just slap on the front end and see if I can pretty it up a bit and see wvat i can do for now. cause i really really want to change up the front end cause like i said I really really hate the DAMN flippy lights. lol and then i was going to go with the Silvia front end but then i saw the r32 conversion for sale on Aerokitz.net the sale the hood fenders and bumper for alot less cheaper then some one wants to sale me tve silvia front end for. I mean I like the 240sx but i just want to change it up a bit. I in no way intend to "RICE" it out as many of you would say. so no flash lights under the car no multy color fast blinking L.E.D's inside or a **** load of stickers saying GTR or NOS or Vtech. I am just simply trying to chang the front end just like many of you out there with the silvia front end. So in no way am i trying to do a "complete" swap. just tve front end!

why dont you just get fixed headlights.. not a lot of people do that. There are a few. Like keep your front end just go to ...umm I cant remember the site but they make a fixed light with a "brow" so to speak that looks good on the s13's. A LOT LESS expensive and you still have the "not over-played" factor. I like the enthusiasm to be original though. Props for that. I say go with the type x front bumper and do the fixed lights and put some kouki sides with something on the rear(dunno what) but then youd have a good looking car and it would be original (so to speak with not too many with that combo) or do the fixed lights with an origin body kit and some different tails( not the kouki ones ) drop it and get some rims.

If i didnt have the pignose I would get the fixed lights.

you know i kinda like that combo of parts there. Well for right now im kind on a budget like 700. So thats why i was going for the skylins thing. I can get all the front end parts doe less tve 700. but some dude was trying to sale me the silvia front end for 1000. And i was like I know i am getting ripped off so enough said about that. lol But i like the fixed headlights thing. Cause i once owned a 86 corolla and converted it to Levan and not the flippy lights.

yea that grey one had a lot of work done, full custom rear metal fenders..r32 trunk, etc, almost everything on the exterior panels was modified in some way i do believe

usually i dont like conversions much, but this is cool

i would get real oem r32 fenders for the front conversion and cut those.

not sure what you would do for a hood, probably just modify an r32 one.

i havent looked at that conversion kit from that place you postedbut the name AEROKITZZZZ.net kind of makes me say no

dude the conversion isnt that hard. The front and rear bumpers bolt right up. You do have to do some mods on the fenders, I cut the front of the doors to match my fenders. But i have fiberglass fenders. I also modified and installed HCR32 sideskirts. It can be done, The front end only took me and my friend about 12 hours, to remove and install. Still had to work somebugs out but the car is worth it. check out my car domain page and let me know what you think

your right it hasen't been OVER DONE YET. it's getting more and more popular every day. If you want to be differant and stand out Get a Hatch and do a Full S30 Body conversion (tail lights, front end, fender flares) THAT WOULD BE BAD ***! Silvia S13/S14/S15 Skyline R32/R33/34 are starting to get played out. i geuss i've just seen so many people trying to be "differant" or go Z32 front? Or KEEP it stock, hell in 2 years that will be differant.
