Hahaha alright. So the motor i pulled had a stoker kit and was turbo ready. But the guy before me spun the baring and from what it looked like bent the rod. So i figured the damage was done. I dont know what other one you are talking about. I didnt really want to go the single cam route anyway.

Alright. Its been way to long. But with school and the cold weather and snow and stuff i haven't been able to do much work. Plus the limited funds go into that a lot. But i do have a mini update that I'm hoping will inspire me to get more done and just man up. Next weekend we are swaping my friends car with my other friends ca. So it will give me some more experience before i do mine haha. On the 22nd I'm ordering my motor from Tokyo motor imports. If anyone has had bad experiences from this place please let me know as fast as you can. I cant wait to get it running. I got a fmic from my friend for $50 bucks so i need to find a rad and downpipe and then I'm in business. Here are some pictures of what else i have done.

So its all ready for paint but i dont know what to do about the whole primer thing still. Rattle can or harbor freight gun way. but here are some pictures

Now you see it!

Now you.. see it?

And the engine bay is done i guess..I painted it black with metallic flakes.. It looks alright. I want to go white. And i might if i have enough time. But it looks alot better then before

Just a recap of what it looked like before i did anything...

then after i got better i did a few more coats.

Let me know what you think. Any ideas or comments or suggestions are welcome. This is my first everything so you know most likely know more than i do.

There isnt any rust at all on it. It was an Arizona car before it came here. And the interior is stripped in back but otherwise really good condition.

Ohhh kay. So after alot of work for what seems like not very much result. I have my car totally ready to be driven. Besides the engine part...So here some pictures. Ive been working on it alot. But here is what i have to show. And as always let me know what you think!

So we decided that it looked absolutely terrible. And so we started masking. Getting ready for paint.Im amazed at how long it tookThank you so much tanner for helping me with this.I have another windshield that isnt cracked that's going on. that's why it wasn't masked off.I think this is the first kinda picture of me. Im the one with the alpinestars shirt!Hahah this is our "towtruck" its amazing to have since its been muddy and i do most of the work by myself. I have 3 240s without motors in my backyard and its hard to keep them out of the way. This is the life saver. It can do wheelys too. My friends car (tanner) on the left and mine on the rightHe is going rb25 soon. He had a ca. His is alot nicer then mine..Hoods offHis bay looks cooler in personIt looks soooo much betterAll cleaned up and stuff!

So tell me what you guys think. I really like how its coming and i want to thank tanner again for all his painting stuff and his help. It would have been rattle can if it wasnt for him

Ok!! Well big news in my book! Alot has happened! Here are pictures!

It all started with this!I got it from ebay. JdmEnginecorp. It was pretty hard for us to get it to line up right with everything though.Im really glad i payed the extra 50 bucks for the blacktopI have a boost leak somewhere. I cant find it. Thats my 50 dollar intercooler lol'These things are 99cents! Went to cxracing. It looks good. It is good so far lol. Good price and fast shipping. So i dont think there is anything bad to be said about it.and bam. Its running<a href="http://s265.photobucket.com/albums/ii22 ... MG0139.jpg" target="_blank"></a

Its still got alot of stuff to do though. I dont have a downpipe for it. The alternator isnt charging the battery and it wont hold an idle. I dont have a filter on it though. And the gas is bad and i have a bad boost leak. Im going to try and fix as many as i can of those tomorrow if the time presents itself. I dont know what the problem with it could be. If you guys have any ideas that would be awesome!
