BTW, I have decided what my motor choice will be.. *Vanna.. drum roll please*

DUNN DUNN DUNN DAAAAA

****** SR20DET******

I figured for me, the sr will be ftw because; I'm not looking for a billion hp, my car will be a dd, it's pretty much a drop and plug in, tons of aftermarket support. The possiblities are endless with this motor. So it is my choice. Now excuse my why I go figure up how long I have to be poor while saving for it.

Ya.. I will prolly get the 28 trim... the motor I'm looking at has a gt25 trim but I don't know... Seems a little small for what I'm looking for. What do you think?

Sweet, thanks for the info.

And as for pics, my cams card is missing, so I had my bud take some pics and he still hasn't emailed them to me so... Tomorrow I'm going to have my girlfriend take some pics so finally you guys can see. Also tomorrow, I'm going to put in my new gauge cluster. Hopefully I can finally see how fast I'm going and how many rpms I'm turning.

Well lets see... An sr that is in pretty good shape on stock boost will lay, what, aroung 205-210hp on 6 or 7 pounds of boost? I'm not looking for much more than that. How much would I have to up the boost to reach my goals? Or will getting the s15 gt28 turbo more easily get me there with out higher boost levels... I won't my motor to last as long as possible. And I know you can go safely to around 14 pounds on a stock block but, like I said its going to be a dd with just enough power to have fun with but last for a good while.

yes a s15 t28 would get those numbers ata lower boost setting. and plus with a s15 turbo whe nyou decide that you want more power which you will yo ucan jsut turn the boost up more.

but for want you want right now. just drop a stock sr in.FMIC Exhuast and Boost controller

my friends 277 whp s13 is daily driven and very reliable. the stock turbo will easily get u in ur power goal. just get an fmic, mbc, 3" turbo back, bov, bigger injectors, walboro fp, z32 maf, and maybe cams (my friend is at 277 with stock cams though) it would get u to ur power goal and be a lot cheaper than a t28

Your tellin me man... I had stock suspension and the guy I bought off of (same guy that took the pics the other day) had cut the springs and all 4 shocks were blown. I picked up a set of straight up stock, complete coilovers that were in really good shape and he cut me a deal because he new what kind of bind I was in. (picked um up for $25) It looked good slammed but, son of a ***** it was a terrible ride, even down the high way. I'd rather have function than style right this moment. :P I would go for the suspension next, as would be the smart move, but after careful consideration I thought to my self that this motor has an undetermined amount of miles on it. On my title its exempt from milage. With this timing chain as ruff as it is, it makes me wonder what else is wrong with my ka. Jesus, I could take off the oil pan only to find shavings. So, SR, here come Adam motha fckin Jones... haha. Any other comments or flaming that you would like to add, fire away. (prehaps at its disgusting color, how I only had three center caps so I decided to keep em off, or prehaps.. well, I don't know, but have at boys and girls)

What a long road, ehh?
