comes together, are you gay?

"everything falls together" is a very common phrase for things...working out properly. because the pieces in the "puzzle" or whatever seem to ...fall. together. into place.

nvm.

Anyone who thinks "budget build" and "no shortcuts" doesn't go together obviously didn't read the KA-T build for Porject Vert.

Every project car has a budget..It may not be set, but it is still present...

I just turned 18 today, make a little over $1500+ a month and have minimal bills to pay... i also fund part of my motorcycle racing career, and still need to pay money for day to day tasks...

I think a lot of you guys are gettting misled by the term "no shortcuts"...

By stating "no shortcuts" i refer to (The fixing of any problems that i will be encounter while working on my project)....For example, when gutting the 13, i found that the floor pan was busted up where it connects to the firewalll...Sooooo i mark that down on my list of things that need repair while still continuing to upgrade the car itself...I'm not going to just make a quick fix by resealing the floor pan!!!I'm going to fix the problem to the best of my abilities...

I know what you mean by not taking shortcuts. First 240 I got I just half assed everything. And now I'm paying for it by seeing it everything everyday. Good luck with the build and don't lose hope! I'll be watching!

Here here on that...Greg...it's called intelligent planning and research.

And if you want to see a fantastic example of not taking short cuts, look no further than right here in NICO as your fellow enthusiast strive to keep their rides on top of it!

BTW kaleo, you've inspired me to go 2-tone on Project Vert.

I'm thinking I might do a photoshop contest on it to pick the best paint scheme....

I'm really wondering how this is going to turn out.

"No shortcuts" is quite a big claim.

Do me proud son.

Minor update...

Sorry its been so long guys ive been really busy with all kinda of snit so i havent really had time to update..plus i cant keep focused on doing one thing to the car...i start something and i notice something eles that needs attention and i go back and forth and what not...

I completed my interior harness deletion....and yes the car still runs and opps fine...

I also found spots of rust in the back of the car underneth that B.S babyblue paint job so i stripped it and am in the process of repainting...

Also i should be getting a pair of advan sa3r 18x9.5s on the 15th of next month...not sure of the offset but ill keep you guys updated as much as possible...
