Wow, Lexus and Infiniti's eh? I wanted a is300 before i bought my lancer but at the time it was out of my price range. 4 doors, Rear Wheel Drive, Inline 6 Cly. I would have been very very happy with that haha. Oh well though sometimes you must take what you can get i guess ^^.chitownguy wrote:
Mostly everybody I know when to stuff like Lexus and Infiniti's.
Yeah I'm going to SAC this semester kind of far from where I live but whatever. I think I know where that is, right past the Valero right?
Nah I never drove a 240 instead I have a 260z and an bmw e30.
Thank you, Thank you. All the credit goes to broadfield though. I only thought of it.positron_ wrote:That looks sick man!
Thanks a lot, One of these years i do plan to get it nice enough to be in the NiCO calendar.CRyan wrote:+1 on awesome fitment and great location.
Shoot - +23493125 for a great build thread man!
Yeah, Ghast said he didn't think he would be able to run it down the A-pillar. He said he wanted enough length to run it back to the B-pillar, down the B-pillar then back up front and over to the IGN harness. Chews up more distance than you thinkmrgreeneyes wrote:17 feet? thats a LOT to go from headliner, down a pillar, then to the ign column...
but i trust broadfield...
Thanks man! The credit for that goes to Broadfield though. I only came up with the idea.TFSBkrayzie94 wrote:I'm really loving that piece of wiring...Great work man. =]
The reason i wanted it mounted there was mainly because i want to really enjoy my cockpit you know? I wanna feel like i am in an anti gravity race ship lmao! (I have a very vivid imagination)crash n’ burn wrote:holy ****, i've been wanting to do this EXACT thing ever since i got my first 240 back in 06'.
i'm extremely glad it's been done finally. it's such a good spot, and totally inconspicuous
Uhhhh That was all custom made like the wire wrap and harness extension on the turbo timer it self? Custom Custom Custom. Now if you are referring to the wire itself then i guess you can buy that at like home depot? I dunno you would have to ask Broadfield.240sxFTW wrote:Whered you get that wire if you dont mind me asking. Im planning on doing something unique as well when i do get my car.
Great project Ghast. I envy your creative and unique style. Ill definetly be watching your build. Great job so far man
Thank you very much my friend!sil80_chris wrote:your right about the naming what yours whatever you want philosophy...good luck on the car looks like you came to the pefect website for all your needs and info...welcome...
Okay yea, I was looking for the specific store that would sell the wires and wire wrap etc etc. I obviously dont have any electrical experience at all so i will have to look into that more later on. envy your uniqueness of style because i like when people are unique with their projects and do stuff their own way. My plan is to be as unique as possible while making my car into what I love. Not what other people like.Ghast wrote:

Please do not envy my sense of style, Simply because all i am doing is what I want and what I think is cool for ME. When you get your 240 i encourage you to do the same. Haha when i get around to putting stickers everywhere there are nothing going to be a lot of people who agree with me but as long as I am happy that is what matters.
TFSB
Thank you very much my friend!

To be honest with you i do not know Jack shizzle about electrical things either but I AM in my first 2 weeks of basic electrical haha and i do know what all the different types of electricity are ^^ and what electricity actually is, But yes. That is all i know thus far. We are going into what Volts OHM's and Resistance and all that good stuff next week i am pretty excited.240sxFTW wrote:
