Hey First Sergeant (1SG.US.MIL), I know you weren't directing that comment towards me, but that was a very ignorant and uninformed statement. First of all... Lamar Horton outright lied to me! If you think lying is a trait of a man of his word... then you should take a close look at how you were raised and the morals that were taught. Sometimes people slip, I know this. I have faith that Lamar will set this right.

Second... cautioning all of the people here about making threats and then threatening them yourself is contradictory and retarded. "If so, the next time will be more drastic measures, especially for the man with the user name Ace2Cool... If I were you, I would watch where you step." That sounds dangerously close to a threat there jack. I served as well and fully know the UCMJ and codes of conduct... it is, in fact, required to do something about a known criminal so they can be reprimanded appropriately... or the service member will face action themselves.

Third... I posted this thread on a PUBLIC forum for the purpose of gaining more info on this issue and to alert any other possible victims... if Lamar really does turn out to be a scammer.

Fourth... how about you just keep a watchful eye on this subject and not putting in you false input on slandering the U.S. Army. No one here degraded the military service... We simply stated that a uniformed service man should know better.

Fifth and final... Didn't know if you knew this or not, but Ace2cool is in the military and knows the UCMJ and codes of conduct too. Don't make assumptions and threats dude. Now, how about you go have a nice cold beer and relax.

Thanks

I echo what Dattebayo said.

Also, what do you want to be called?
1SG.US.MIL or SilviaS15Freak?
Did you also know that duplicate accounts are against forum rules?
Oh yeah, I can see your IP.... I know you registered 2 accounts from that IP.

Trolls be trollin'
I'll just wait for Greg to come in here and sort this one out now.

PS: This wouldn't be the first military guy to run a scam like this, so don't expect us to sit here and listen to how said scammer is honorable.... Go look up Dale L Davis on google.

And as far as this goes, how about Lamar doesn't get HIMSELF into anything he can't get himself out of, cupcake? He's the one that's done something stupid. All I've done is access information that almost everyone in the world has access to and compile it in one location. I see no problem with that. And as far as reporting a military member as doing wrong, that's actually something the military considers as good. I'd actually be in trouble if I DIDN'T report this, technically.

Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 78: Accessory after the fact

“Any person subject to this chapter who, knowing that an offense punishable by this chapter has been committed, receives, comforts, or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial, or punishment shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”

Which can also be subjected to Article 92: Failure to obey order or regulation

“Any person subject to this chapter who—

(1) violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation;

(2) having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a member of the armed forces, which it is his duty to obey, fails to obey the order; or

(3) is derelict in the performance of his duties; shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”

See? I get in trouble if I don't report this. All members of the military service have explicit orders to report any and all offenses committed by other military members. So, if you don't know the rules, GTFO. Tell Lamar to come in here and try explaining. I hope he has fun with his restriction and reduction in rank.

I'm sure COL Alfred A. Pantano, Jr., District Commander of Jacksonville district of the Army Corps of engineers is going to be ecstatic to hear that one of his guys is ripping people off on the internet.
I'm not scared, if that's what you were going for, "First Sergeant."

I reiterate, there is no slander going on here, there are only facts. Morgan still does not have his parts he paid for almost a month and a half ago. I have done nothing wrong. I have only compiled public information (that Specialist Horton put out on the internet himself) into one place. I'm sure my JAG officer would see it the same way. If you want to go, I'm game. E-4 vs. E-8? Sounds like fun. I've got UCMJ citations. What do you have?

Oh, and like Ozzie said, nice double IP address. So either you are having some sort of fraternization with Specialist Horton (by creating an account and posting from his "brother's" house), or you're just full of sh*t. My money is on the latter. Let's take a look at Army Regulation 600-20 anyways.
Army Reg 600-20 wrote:Prohibited Relationships

Relationships between soldiers of different rank are prohibited if they:

(1) Compromise, or appear to compromise, the integrity of supervisory authority or the chain of command.

(2) Cause actual or perceived partiality or unfairness.

(3) Involve, or appear to involve, the improper use of rank or position for personal gain.

(4) Are, or are perceived to be, exploitative or coercive in nature.

(5) Create an actual or clearly predictable adverse impact on discipline, authority, morale, or the ability of the command to accomplish its mission.
Seems like #2, #4, and #5 could all apply in this situation.

Partiality is perceived by myself, for defending someone who has brought something upon themselves by scamming another former servicemember out of money.

Exploitative? Seems like he could be using your rank to "get off the hook" and save some face. Not every day an E-8 steps into an online forum to back up an E-4.

Adverse impact on discipline? When a higher-up steps in to fight for someone who has broken the law, that sends a message to the subordinate that this act is A-OK, and the subordinate will continue committing similar acts, knowing that he/she can get away with it. Sounds like a breakdown in discipline to me. Don't talk to me about "fighting for our country," either. I know just as well what it takes to sign your name on that piece of paper at MEPS. Not to mention my Boot Camp was actually a Boot Camp. We didn't get to keep our cell phones and call home on the weekends.

My fight is not with you, First Sergeant. It is with Specialist Horton. I will not leave this thread alone, as nothing here has broken any UCMJ articles, nor has it violated anyone's privacy. (also covered in the UCMJ.)

Nah, I got this covered:
My twitter wrote:@KhadeSimmonz possible-scammer-anyone-have-any-info-o ... l#p6083743 Your move.
My twitter wrote:@LamarZ32 you ever gonna give Morgan his parts, or you just gonna keep having your friends impersonate Army NCO's?
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I take back all the loose formality that I used in my previous post when I thought (pronounced, "didn't think") that I was addressing a First Sergeant.

Nice email trace, toolbag.

http://beta.global14.com/members/khade/profile/ , which the phone number on that profile led me to his blog:
http://maejormusik.wordpress.com/contact/ and his twitter:
http://twitter.com/#!/KhadeSimmonz <--pretty interesting, he must tweet himself to make him feel better. Check the profile. Lol, loser.

Khade Simmons, Khade Cortez, Kortnee Rumph, all those sound like some made up Rumplestiltskin-a$s names to me.

Shares an IP address with SilviaS15Freak, whose email brings back this Youtube result:

:rotfl :rotfl

Not to mention "Last active" times on the forums was within an hour of each other. So way to go Alex, getting your roommate of many names to pose as a First Sergeant of the United States Army to defend your "boy."

Alex (SilviaS15Freak), you're gay. Good luck in the music industry with those notes falling off like they were. That was almost painful for me to listen to.

Kortnee (1sg.us.mil), (I think that's what I'm gonna call you, since that's the only name that you wouldn't make up to sound cool, cause it isn't.) I would make fun of your name, but I'm sure you got enough of it throughout high school. Instead, I think I'm going to give you a lesson on the judicial system.

See, impersonating a uniformed service member is a felony, punishable by up to six months in federal prison (unless the accusation is falsely wearing the Medal of Honor, in which case you may be punishable up to one year) and a hefty fine, under the Stolen Valor Act of 2005. Now you are on my radar, and if Lamar doesn't make good with the payment, I think I may just report this to NCIS and let them take it from there.

Your move.

I really hope UConn offers military law at night. I'm dying to take a course on the UCMJ. They've offered it in the day, but I'm a workin stiff with an hour commute to school. Damned inconvenient.

As I said before, I didn't come here to start problems with anyone. But, you always have that person who has to take it to the next level. I am a dude who likes to sing, act, and love R34s. I'm true to myself. Oh yeah and as far as the hitting wrong notes, you do better. LOL. Man u got a grown man tracing a 16 year old teenager's information. But I'm gay? LOL

Man, I didn't wanna go and call you out like this.

The IP address between your post and the 1SG.US.MIL username is exactly the same. So unless you've had a 1SG at your house, using your computer, in the last 24 hours, it was your buddy Kortnee posting under that username. Never mind the fact that this site requires email verification for registration, and I'm sure a 1SG of the United States Army would have his own, and not need to use a 17-year old's email address. I'm sending you a PM with the proof of your IP address matching his, and Kortnee's email address being linked to the 1SG account. DO NOT challenge me on this forum; You will lose.

Let Lamar know that even though Morgan may be patient and understanding, that YOU are wearing on my nerves, along with the fact that he has done NOTHING as far as coming and posting in this thread to try and explain himself. Guess he's just looking out for number one, huh? Well, looking out for Morgan may be in "number one's" best interest.

In fact, why don't you drop and give me 50 for being a punk b**** and trying to fool grownups with your fake screen name?

Listen, boy - you do what you gotta do. You're about to get a whole hell of a lot of attention that you didn't want.

Lamar, you might want to start searching for some parts to deliver, because I've got the scoop on you as well. Plan on seeing your account banned on other forums (I know most of the owners, and we look out for each other).

@Ace2cool Look Mr.Parris, what part of I don't want any trouble do you not understand. The reason I know Kortnee didn't post as a 1st Sgt is because I was on the computer basically all day yesterday and he has no other computer access. So as I said before, that was someone else posing as a 1st Sgt.

If you didn't want any trouble, you should have stayed the hell out of the thread. Your brother is a chump thieving b****.

I can delete this thread in 5 seconds, but once it's indexed in Google, it's there for a LOOONG time. I'd advise him to act swiftly.
